Battery Purchased my used 2014 Taurus Limited at Imperial Ford in March of 2015, and recently got it serviced at Imperial Ford. Found out at that time that I needed a new battery, having talked to the service advisor about it, and that because of the mileage, that it would not be covered under warranty, even though the car itself was not even 1 year old. I waited a few weeks and went back and talked to Justin in Service and explained it to him and that I was not looking for anything free, and he said he would look into it and have an answer when my car was scheduled for the new battery. When I showed up that day, Justin explained to me what he did and what he ended up doing for me, and I can't tell you how happy I was with what Justin did, and it was a pleasure dealing with him More

Rattling noise from undercarriage. Service Advisor had me meet with Service Technician to explain problem. Took test drive with technician who demonstrated source of rattling.
