Love my new car!! My husband and I visited Imperial Ford last week with my brother and sister in law to buy a new car and based off of their experience, went back this My husband and I visited Imperial Ford last week with my brother and sister in law to buy a new car and based off of their experience, went back this weekend and bought ourselves one as well. We already knew which one we wanted from the previous visit. We got there today (Saturday) at 11am and were able to leave with the new car at around 1:30pm. It was so fast. Although I will say that the later you go in the day on the weekend, the busier it is. The weekend before we got there at about 2pm and it was pretty busy so that should be expected. Overall awesome experience. Santos is a friend of my husband's and he helped us out TREMENDOUSLY at both visits. Thank you to everyone at Imperial who helped us get in our new rides! More

MKZ TaillightRecall My MKZ taillight was not working so I googled how to fix. Upon research it was covered by a recall. I called Imperial Ford Service and spoke with Donny who verified that it was covered and said to bring it in to look at. I made an appointment for Saturday morning, they took it right into the service bay and did conform it was faulty. They did not have it in stock but said they would order it and call me when it came in. Being in sales myself I appreciated the personal attention, friendly service and quick resolve. Quickest buying experience that I have ever had. Went with my daughter to Imperial Ford because she was having some issues with her vehicle. While her car was being serviced, we started looking around the lot. We found a new 2015 Ford Edge that she liked and asked the salesman, Dave Bertulli, to daydream with us while he showed us the vehicle and it's features. We took it or a test drive and asked about the numbers. Dave went above and beyond to get my daughter the terms that she wanted. Between Dave and the Finance Dept. (Pam), my daughter walked out of Imperial Ford with a new vehicle which neither one of us expected to do that morning. Dave made the experience very enjoyable. He was very professional and did not pressure us into doing anything that we weren't willing to do. He did an outstanding job! More

Excellent expirence buying our new to us used Expedition Our expirence buying our new to us used Expedition was nothing we had expirenced before. Our salesman Mike Peters was awesome. He listened to our needs and directed us to several choices available on the lot. After test driving several and looking at several more we decided on a 2013 Expedition. The vehcle was so new to the dealership the paperwork had not yet been processed. After taking care of business end it was found that the title had not yet been recieved with that Mike said he would drive into Boston to get Judy to sign it when it arrived. Talk about above and beyond. Unfortunately Mike was unavailable the day when we came to pick it up but his fellow salesman Jon stepped in and answered all of our quetions. We have heard horror stories from people buying vehicles at dealerships but we fully recommend Imperial Ford to everyone. Judy and Steve Fitzgerald More

Perfect buying experience I recently started a job with a long commute and really felt that I needed to upgrade my car. I searched the website and had a car in mind. After a I recently started a job with a long commute and really felt that I needed to upgrade my car. I searched the website and had a car in mind. After a test drive, I thought the car would work in my situation just fine. My saleman John F. recommended a different car which I also really liked, it was more money, but had less miles and was a couple years newer. I decided it really was a better choice and so I moved ahead and bought the car with an extended warranty. Its been almost 2 months and I have to say I like the car even more than when I bought it. John had other customers in the showroom when I came in early, and so his associate Ron was able to help get the car ready for me to take it home that day. Thanks to John and Ron for a great experience. More
Battery Purchased my used 2014 Taurus Limited at Imperial Ford in March of 2015, and recently got it serviced at Imperial Ford. Found out at that time that I Purchased my used 2014 Taurus Limited at Imperial Ford in March of 2015, and recently got it serviced at Imperial Ford. Found out at that time that I needed a new battery, having talked to the service advisor about it, and that because of the mileage, that it would not be covered under warranty, even though the car itself was not even 1 year old. I waited a few weeks and went back and talked to Justin in Service and explained it to him and that I was not looking for anything free, and he said he would look into it and have an answer when my car was scheduled for the new battery. When I showed up that day, Justin explained to me what he did and what he ended up doing for me, and I can't tell you how happy I was with what Justin did, and it was a pleasure dealing with him More
