I started my journey looking for a vehicle that didn't exist at a diff First off, let me just say that Mike Peters is quite the outstanding sales man. I started my journey looking for a vehicle that didn't exist at a different dealership. I was told that the Escape Platinum was just coming out and I REALLY wanted to find and test out the vehicle. Alas, when i got to Imperial Ford after visiting said other dealership, Mike Peters had to be the one to break the bad news to me about the vehicle. It was in fact not a Platinum trim, it was Titanium. Not only that, be he showed me that for model year 2017 that there will be sport trim. Imagine my disappointment to find out that I was led astray with a cuv that doesn't exist, but Mike made it better. He took the time to show me the catalog of Escapes and the different trim levels that are available, took the time to show me the details of wheels, exterior colors, interior leather and a whole lot of stuff that was beyond me. All I really wanted was heated seats, nav and 4WD. During a test drive, he explained the ins and outs of the vehicle, showed me the park assist (kinda scary having a car park itself for you), how to use the 4WD and many other functions. As a whole, Mike was very laid back, easy to work with, low pressure and all around a great person. While I didn't purchase the car that day, I will be sure to come back and buy from him in the future. More

One of a kind!! No pressure This is the first dealership that actually really listens to what you are saying. We looked at a few F250's in our price range and after Dave Bertulli This is the first dealership that actually really listens to what you are saying. We looked at a few F250's in our price range and after Dave Bertulli priced out what we thought would have been the one, I asked him to price out 2 other ones we looked at since we would have had to add some options I wanted. He did it without hesitation and advised one of these was going to be a better value than the original one. We had already been to other dealers and I had asked them to price out 3 vehicles and they said yes but only did one because they felt it was the best one. If you are looking for a F250 this is the place to go. Lots of vehicles on the lot to look at! Dave Bertulli was the best to work with from picking trucks out to going over the vehicle's options when we picked it up. As others have said 0 pressure. Not your average dealership! Well done guys!!!!! More
Best service experience I've ever had! This was my first time at the Imperial Ford Service department and I was very impressed!! My service adviser was Donny and my technician was Clay. Bot This was my first time at the Imperial Ford Service department and I was very impressed!! My service adviser was Donny and my technician was Clay. Both are very knowledgeable, kind and patient!! I admit I am high maintenance when it comes to my car repairs and they handled me perfectly. Both went over and above for me! Thank you! As for Clay, he is a miracle worker. I have a 10 year old car and it was in rough shape but after a day with Clay, it feels like brand new. I actually enjoy my car again!! I cannot express the level of service I received from these guys. I am truly grateful to them both and will NEVER go anywhere else!! More
Stepping up to the plate I recently purchased a 2016 f350 king ranch at imperial ford from Ron Dulac.Excellent salesman absolutely zero pressure.I drove all the way over from I recently purchased a 2016 f350 king ranch at imperial ford from Ron Dulac.Excellent salesman absolutely zero pressure.I drove all the way over from valatie N.Y. and it was worth every bit of the 2 hour and 25 min drive.The dealership and everything around it is top notch.I have to talk about Mike Kind one of the Sales managers,He is by far one of the best managers I have ever dealt with since buying new cars.He is down to earth easy to talk to and his communication back and forth is 100%.We had a small hiccup on the delivery day and Mike went way out of his way to make it right and then some.When my wife is ready for a new Explorer there is no doubt where I will be going.Imperial Ford runs a car business the way everyone should, that's why I tell everyone about my awesome experience .Brian Howard More

I bought my F-350 Truck from Imperial in 2011, I told the sales team that when I buy a vehicle from a dealership, they will be the only place I will go to have it serviced (customer loyalty). To Date, no one else services my truck, no matter how small an issue is I only allow there service department at Imperial to work on it. Thru the years they have earned my trust in that they will fix the issue correctly the first time. More
Another bailout from service I would just like commend Imperial Ford on their excellent service department.I would also like to commend Frank Best on his excellent skills and dem I would just like commend Imperial Ford on their excellent service department.I would also like to commend Frank Best on his excellent skills and demeanor with customers and going beyond the call to help.We once again found ourselves in a bind with my sister's 2003 Escape. It had failed emissions and wasn't able to be repaired by her usual mechanic in Gardner, MA. I called Frank at the last minute and asked for a big favor and once again he came through and squeezed us in. They repaired the vehicle but did notice a number of other issues mostly due to excessive mileage and age making the vehicle unsafe. She purchased a 2013 Escape last night from our one and only salesman Ali Kehail. Imperial now services my two Escapes, my in-law's Lincoln MKX, my sister-in-law's Taurus, my nephew's Equinox, my sister's new Escape, and my parent's Escape. I would and do recommend Imperial, Frank, and Ali to all who ask for referrals. More
