At the time, Dean ?? was easy to work with and a simple straight talker without trying to blow sunshine up my aXX and we agreed on a price that I was more than happy with. Recently, I had a pulsing brake issue that when I called service, Frank B pleasantly gave me a date to bring it in and work was done right the 1st time and on-time. I realize that the majority of this credit should go to the tech that did all the work, but they're hidden in the back and I didn't get any name on my aped work to give him credit. Hopefully someone at Imperial will. More

Shut Off Lights While Still Discussing Deal!! I had been looking for a 2016 Ford Escape and had been emailing/calling back and forth with the Internet rep Sarah Burns. She was very polite and fri I had been looking for a 2016 Ford Escape and had been emailing/calling back and forth with the Internet rep Sarah Burns. She was very polite and friendly. She quoted me on 2 vehicles, what rebates I qualified for, etc. Thinking I had found a good deal on the car I wanted I made an appointment for that evening and drove 1.5 hours to the dealership. When I got there I asked for Mike the manager (as Sarah had instructed me to do so) and Mike passed me over to Paul, who was also very friendly. It wasn't until we sat down to talk numbers that I realized I had been mislead. Paul told me I didn't qualify for some of the rebates Sarah quoted me on for both cars. After speaking with Mike for nearly 15 minutes, he agreed to the sales price I was quoted. THEN came my trade-in, I had been quoted anywhere from $19.5-21K for my car at other dealerships, KBB, Edmunds, and had even submitted a quote on THEIR online "Black Book Trade-In Tool" that came back with the same range, BUT they refused to give me anything over $18K. Outright refused! I couldn't believe I was being low balled. I asked to speak to the Mgr Mike to figure out why and he said they used their own appraisers and wouldn't consider any other number "Take it or leave it" and walked away. At this point it was near closing time, and as I was sitting there discussing the deal with Paul THEY SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS! TO THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP! The manager made it pretty clear that he did not want my business so I collected my things and left. They should be ashamed of the way they do business and treat customers that they can't rip off! More

Awesome Experience w/Pedro Sales manager Mike introduced us to Pedro when we arrived at Imperial looking for a truck with our son. Our son was in the market for a Ford F-150 and Sales manager Mike introduced us to Pedro when we arrived at Imperial looking for a truck with our son. Our son was in the market for a Ford F-150 and Pedro spent a lot of time showing him ALL his options and all the different features each offered. We shared a lot of laughs and the experience was AWESOME. There were no games and NO pressure which was great. Pedro and Mike gave him the bottom line of a few he liked. Before we left Pedro gave us his card with his personal cellphone number on it and said to call if we had any other questions. We purchased a truck and Pedro ensured it was available for pickup in a timely manner. He was excellent with follow up even after the deal was done which is great. If your in the market for a Ford I would recommend you visit Imperial in the little town of Mendon, MA and ask for PEDRO you won't be disappointed. We lease and usually drive an hour because "our guy" moved the dealership he was at and we don't like yhe pressure or games now we have options close to home. Fantastic Dealer A few months ago I stopped into Imperial Ford to take a look at both the Focus and Fiesta ST. I had a few months to go on my lease and was just in the A few months ago I stopped into Imperial Ford to take a look at both the Focus and Fiesta ST. I had a few months to go on my lease and was just in the beginning stage of shopping. I was introduced to Justin Surtel. Justin was fantastic. He was friendly, informative, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time even though we both knew I wasn't buying a car that night. Fast forward to Saturday, I was happy to return and work with Justin to finalize the purchase of my Fiesta ST. He pulled the exact car I wanted up, sent me on a quick drive while he got the paperwork all set. The paperwork was quick and easy! He told me it would be ready for me Tuesday or Wednesday due to the holiday weekend. By 4pm Tuesday afternoon Justin had texted me and told me my car was ready to go. I came in and everything was ready. The car was clean and gassed and looked great. I would highly recommend Imperial Ford and Justin to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. 5 stars! More

Imperial Cars Ford ROCKS!!! Buying a new car can be a very apprehensive experience, however my experience at Imperial Cars ws the most amazing experience . My salesman was Dave Buying a new car can be a very apprehensive experience, however my experience at Imperial Cars ws the most amazing experience . My salesman was Dave Bertulli and he showed me everything I wanted from price to color to options. He never once game me the impression that I was to picky (also knowing that my credit score was less than par). He never left my side when it came to registration of my vehicle, again there were a couple of setbacks where Mr. Bertulli took his personal time to go back and forth to Cranston to take care of the problem to ensure that I was able to pick up my car in a prompt manner. So I would like to say a BIG thank you to Mr. Bertulli, Mike and Kim who all went out of their way to make this deal go thru nice and smooth. Easiest car buying experience ever I was looking to trade in a vehicle that I was unhappy with, and did not enjoy. Thankfully, I was greeted almost immediately by the sales associate Pe I was looking to trade in a vehicle that I was unhappy with, and did not enjoy. Thankfully, I was greeted almost immediately by the sales associate Pedro Alvarez. I informed Pedro that I was looking at a vehicle on their website, and within minutes he was able to pull up the car in his system, and before I knew it, the vehicle was in the front of the dealership so that I could look at it. After inspection and a test drive, I had decided it was the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Pedro thoroughly answered all my questions and told me a lot about the dealership and car. After all the sales contracts etc. were complete, the vehicle was brought in for a complete detail. While I waited for the car to be detailed, Pedro walked around with me to show me the different Imperial showrooms. He was such a friendly, and charismatic guy! I think every car buying experience should be like this, and thanks to Pedro and the others who assisted me at Imperial Ford, I can say it has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I recommend them in a heart beat! When you go into this dealer, ask for Pedro A!! More
