They show a price in bold red font and even show you how much off MSRP it is, in my case it was over 11k. The fine print he mentioned is in very light font at the very bottom of the page. Not only is the dealership itself cool (different genre's set up for each brand--Ford = music, other = sports, etc.--featuring cool memorabilia in each...) but the inventory of cars, both used and new, is massive and the staff are great to work with! My salesperson was Pedro Alvarez who I cannot say enough about! Pedro didn't skip a beat in making me feel completely comfortable almost instantly. Not a fan of the whole car-buying experience in general, but have to say that Pedro addressed everything in terms I understood and was never "sales-y"!! Super bonus in my book!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Escape with all of the features/changes between models and years I was considering. In the end, and actually at Pedro's suggestion I ended up leasing a brand new 2017 "tricked out" Escape (LOL) and could not be happier! He listened to the features that were most important to me and remembered things I had even forgotten I'd told him! No sales games, no pressure, and a feeling like he truly cared about what I was looking for -- was completely available both work hours and beyond for any and all questions I had, and very responsive. Overall a "10" for both dealership and salesman!!! More

Bait & Switch 10/2/2016 - Rec'd telephone call from mike Dimella - Sales Manager in response to emails recieved from my bad review. He called to give us options o 10/2/2016 - Rec'd telephone call from mike Dimella - Sales Manager in response to emails recieved from my bad review. He called to give us options on vehicles that were good deals that he hoped would make us happy. It was no different than being on the lot!! He put 2016 vehicles - new which is ok that were a higher price than what we went out to see and purchase. They weren't just a $1 or 2 thousand more - they were several thousand dollars more. He said he was just trying to make us happy and offer us something that would be $1500 less than we could get any where else. Conversation went like this: Mike: You have to read the fine print and the manufactures price. ME: I did which is why I called not once but twice to confirm the stock #'s listed and point blank referenced the T7001 & T7004 stock numbers - had the sales reps pull up the add and the stock #'s and asked These 2 vehicles even though higher manufacturers price will be for the $18677 + $1000 (additinal $1000 because we don't qualify for the trade in bonus). Both times was told YES. The Stock #'s - manufacturers prices and ad price were all confirmed 2x over the phone. I even explained I was driving an hour and did not want to waste my time. (Friday, September 30th they drove an hour to see specific vehicles - list of 10 that couldn't be found - weren't available and were not what the ad said. I didn't want a repeat.) Again, it was confirmed. Got up there and the vehicles are not on lot - what they called "comparable" vehicles were no where near comparable to what I was told I was driving up to see and get. Would have been happy with the T7004 with the 4x4 for the ad price but was never shown and not available - I just wanted them to honor what was advertised, confirmed twice over the phone and drove an hour to see and purchase. it didn't have to be the T7001 which was loaded but one of those two vehicles or same comparable for that price. Another response from Mike was that the ad states "as low as" or "starting at" - no it doesn't.! He also stated that the people answering the phones are not trained in "sales." However, if you call that number you are given two options service or sales - I picked sales. If they were not trained that is on them and since I now know that they are aware of the staff not being trained -it just ticks me off. I asked - will you take the lower price of the two vehicles and honor the price in the ad of $18,677 + $1000. and he stated NO. Bottom line became that Mike stated they made a mistake and are legally allowed to make a mistake. I explained they made the same mistake two days in a row with two different sets of vehicles and people. Once is a mistake but twice is a way of doing business and is definitely "bait & switch" Mike explained that it was ok that I thought that because they have attorneys that deal with this stuff for them all the time. More
