We follow the same pricing practice that the manufacturers use to display their pricing and include all applicable rebates and current incentives as well as our Imperial Trade Assistance Bonus. It is our best effort to convey our actual cost after the application of all applicable rebates. We include a disclaimer that is readily visible on our websites that states the inclusion of these special offers. We’re sorry that you felt the pricing was misleading or the disclaimer was too small. We do send our vehicles out to a wide variety of listing websites and some may minimize the disclaimer. Our philosophy is not to sell a vehicle but to earn a customer’s business by providing them with an outstanding buying experience. I am sorry that we fell short in delivering this experience to you.
