New truck I had to replace my 2006 F350 which I had bought new from Imperial Ford when they were located in Milford on rt 140. After spending some considerable I had to replace my 2006 F350 which I had bought new from Imperial Ford when they were located in Milford on rt 140. After spending some considerable time on line shopping and driving around I found myself back at Imperial Ford. I was greeted at the door by Maaza and right away he and I hit it off and he was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and off we went looking for my new truck. We found a beautiful f250 lariat truck which I ended up purchasing with the help of Maaza Al Nahas , Mike DiMella, Kimberly Jaques and big Al. Above and beyond service My previous vehicle was totaled by a falling tree and was an incredibly stressful situation. Trying to find the vehicle I wanted to replace it with became just as stressful until I began working with Paul Przybylek at imperial ford. Out of all the other dealerships I contacted not one sales rep went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Yet Paul located the vehicle and had it within a day, getting me in the driver seat the next evening. I'll be certain to go back again for my next car and will look forward to the same great service I received this time around. I want to also thank Kim in finance for doing everything possible to put me in the car I wanted within the cost I was looking for. Great service I brought my new F150 in because the door was frozen. I have to admit I was not happy when I got there. I delta with Rick in service . I have to admit although I am not at all happy with having frozen doors on my brand new vehicle I am very pleased with the service I received from Rick and the team at Imperial Ford.
