Service Engine Light Took my 2012 Ford Focus in as the Engine Service light came on. It was due to an O2 sensor, which was covered by extended warranty. Also fixed the driver side power window switch and a couple of other small things found. I had hoped to pick the car up by noon, due to work schedule, but they had to send for the window switch part. Car was ready next day, got a voice message from Don Hanscom. Service was great, as usual. Never used to trust dealers, doing most maintenance myself, but I take the car to the dealer every time due to the great service. More

KIM JACQUES FINANCE QUEEN!! We just bought a Dodge Durango - couldn't get in to see the Finance Manager at Imperial Dodge because of the wait time so we actually lucked out and w We just bought a Dodge Durango - couldn't get in to see the Finance Manager at Imperial Dodge because of the wait time so we actually lucked out and were walked over to the Imperial Ford building to work with Kim. In a word - Kim is PHENOMENAL at her job! Just a straight up PRO! She works in a man's world - but (and no offense guys) - she really could run the place (wink, wink)!! I also know that she could have probably worked on "upselling" us every available protection and warranty - the woman could sell ice cubes to an Eskimo - but she was so completely straight forward and open about it. She also spent time telling us about the philanthropic mission of the owner and what Imperial stands for and contributes to the community and why she loves to work for Imperial. You don't hear that every day from employees. That's impressive! She is going to China next April for her birthday - and I want to hear that she actually made it on that trip! Thanks, Kim!! More
Simple new car purchase We wanted to try "internet car buying", so we used a popular 3rd party website to initiate contact with, and obtain prices from several local dealers. We wanted to try "internet car buying", so we used a popular 3rd party website to initiate contact with, and obtain prices from several local dealers. Out of all the dealers we communicated with via email, Imperial Ford was the ONLY one that would give us a price via email, and the price was low. We took Imperial's price to another dealer, and they said they couldn't match it. So we went to Imperial where they honored the price, and didn't push any extra items on us. The beautiful facility was icing on the cake. A great experience overall. More

Well, this was quite an experience for sure...I haven't new car shopped in ages, so I wasn't sure how well I'd make out at all (I had a price limit Well, this was quite an experience for sure...I haven't new car shopped in ages, so I wasn't sure how well I'd make out at all (I had a price limit that I could spend but of course I wanted the very best deal I could get for said price as well). I had spotted this particular car on Imperial Ford's website (2016 Ford Fiesta in "Electric Spice" color) and fell in love with same, but wasn't sure if we could make the "figures work". But between myself, my oldest brother and sister in law, and the sales person we worked hard and made a deal and have been pleased as hell ever since. I brought the car in for one minor problem (bad coolant temp sensor causing the "Service Engine Soon" light to come on), which was easily handled by the dealership. So far so good, really enjoying the new wheels! More

Excellent customer service I gave a 5 star rating because I went in for an oil change and told my adviser, Donald Hanscom, that I was pretty sure I needed brakes and new tires. I gave a 5 star rating because I went in for an oil change and told my adviser, Donald Hanscom, that I was pretty sure I needed brakes and new tires. I dropped my car off and came back for it later in the afternoon, fully expecting a big bill for brakes and tires. Donald explained to me that the brakes had some wear but that I had a few more miles before they needed to be changed and also the same with the tires. I will definitely go back to the Ford dealership to have my brakes and tires done when it's time because Donald was honest with me. Most dealerships and advisers, would have changed the brakes and tires just because I walked in and said that I thought I needed them done. I appreciate the honesty and also felt like I was being treated with respect. I highly recommend the Ford dealership, and I highly recommend you talk to Donald. More
