It was very easy voicing my concerns and getting a price I could afford. The Sales Manager Mike Kind was also incredibly helpful, and made me feel confident about their service. Bob Zalansky in the financing department took the time and answered all my questions, and got me the payment and a rate I could afford. I always refer people to Imperial Ford. I would call this "Not your typical dealer" because the people here are great. More
Unexpected repair I brought my car in for an oil change and a sticker, and as I was dropping it off, I smelled something burning. I didn't really think too much of it, I brought my car in for an oil change and a sticker, and as I was dropping it off, I smelled something burning. I didn't really think too much of it, but when I arrived at work, Don called me to let me know that a caliper had locked up and that's where the smell was coming from. Needles to say, I needed quite a bit of work done that I wasn't expecting. Don ordered the parts right away and it was fixed the next day. I was surprised to find that Don had put in for a rebate for the brakes. Any little bit helps. I was also very happy that Don was very accommodating by having windshield wipers installed that I had purchased and wasn't able to get on myself. I am always very happy with the service at Imperial Ford and recommend service to my friends and family. More

As I’m a person who asks many questions, Tom was patient and was able to answer my questions. Communications via email and telephone with Tom were responded to in a timely manner. At each visit, to Imperial Ford I was treated as if I’d been a customer for years. Tom was very easy to speak with and I would definitely refer friends/co-workers to Imperial FORD and they should ask for Tom. A shout out also to Santos Cruzado in internet sales. He was my initial contact with Imperial FORD for setting up a test drive on a vehicle I saw online. Also kudos to Beth “The Registry Lady” :) and to T. Miller (I didn’t get her first name) for doing all the leg work with the registry, insurance agent, etc. (`sorry T. Miller about the Escape- you would have liked it too.) The team ultimately performed the work in less than anticipated time, and reduced my estimate significantly. I got the work done in half the time, with a lower cost. We decided that we wanted to give Imperial another chance and boy are we glad we did. The experience that we had was wonderful, easy, and relaxing. This was all due to Ali K. and the service that he provided us with. He answered all of our questions honestly, and went out of his way to help with the requests that we had. We left Imperial feeling that we made the right choice of vehicle and dealership. At no point did Ali try to pressure us into a vehicles that we didn't want or a vehicle that was out of our budget. Ali was very down to earth and understanding of what we were looking for. Ali is the reason that we will return to Imperial for our next vehicle and recommend Imperial to our friends and Family.
