Road trip I needed to have my van serviced before driving to Georgia and brought it in thinking I was going to be told I needed tires. I was very happy when Don I needed to have my van serviced before driving to Georgia and brought it in thinking I was going to be told I needed tires. I was very happy when Donny let me know that my tires were fine to drive down and back. He made sure that everything was checked out and safe. I appreciated that Donny was honest and just didn’t try to sell me tires because I thought I needed them. I would recommend bringing your car to Ford to be serviced and ask for Donny. More

Great buying experience I have purchased many cars from imperial. This was another good experience. Dean, our salesman was helpful and friendly. He worked with us to find I have purchased many cars from imperial. This was another good experience. Dean, our salesman was helpful and friendly. He worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted and the price range we were looking to stay within. The sales manager was also very accommodating. The only delay was getting the out of state car registered but this is absolutely not the dealers fault...this would be a policy that needs to be changed by the registry. However during the 5 day period set by the registry, imperial provided us a loaner to use so we were never out of a car. This loaner was also provided free of charge. Thank you Dean. Fantastic experience I always service my car at Imperial Ford. Donnie Hanscom is so wonderful to deal with. My battery died in the middle of the day and I was afraid to I always service my car at Imperial Ford. Donnie Hanscom is so wonderful to deal with. My battery died in the middle of the day and I was afraid to drive it home after a jump. Called the dealership and spoke to Donnie (my husband told me to make sure I ask for him specifically). He took me right in and replaced the battery and added in an oil change I had scheduled for the following week so I wouldn't have to come back. All with a smile. I really appreciate him getting my car in right away I know they were booked up because I had to wait over a week for my oil change appt. Donnie is the best!!!!!!! More
