I just bought my 4th imperial car I just bought my 4th car from the Imperial Group. Although I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Trax, I insisted on having Dave Bertulli from the Ford side a I just bought my 4th car from the Imperial Group. Although I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Trax, I insisted on having Dave Bertulli from the Ford side as my salesman. Dave has sold me 3 of the 4 cars I've bought from Imperial over the last 8 years and I wouldn't work with anyone else. He has the rare trait in car sales of being honest with you about what he can and can't do for you, he won't tell you what you want to hear to get your money, he would rather build an honest relationship so you will go back to see him time and time again, as well as sending your friends and family to him. Not alerting buyers to potential prior accident Buyer beware!! We just went to look at a 2013 white Ford Escape SEL that Imperial is selling. The first thing we noticed is that the front and back b Buyer beware!! We just went to look at a 2013 white Ford Escape SEL that Imperial is selling. The first thing we noticed is that the front and back bumpers on the left side are a starkly different color white than the side of the car. The salesman agreed that this looked unusual. It was clear even to an untrained observer that the car has at the very least been repainted. The driver seat also can’t go forward as far as it should. There also appears to be some leakage in the moon roof. When we raised these questions to the salesman, he said he would try to get answers to our questions, but when he came back, he only brought up the issue of the seat going forward and told us that in the newer models made after 2013 that the seat only goes all the way forward when it’s in its highest position. We tried this, and even in its highest position it didn't go all the way forward. This didn’t make sense to us so we tried a different car. It was a newer car, but the seat went all the way forward no matter what height it was at. He also never gave us an answer regarding the paint differences; just asked us if we were still interested in the car. This car was being serviced for several days before we could see it. It’s hard for us to believe that a car could go through such a thorough inspection without someone in their service shop making a note of the issues with the left side of the car. The Carfax also has no notation, likely because whoever owned it had it serviced somewhere else besides the dealership. We checked today and the car is still up for sale, and for the same price. It appears that they are going to continue to try and sell this car without alerting potential buyers that it may have been involved in a major accident. Would not trust this dealership!! More

2018 Ford F-150XLT Had already planned on buying a truck at another dealership but decided to stop at Imperial Ford in Mendon before heading back to the other dealership Had already planned on buying a truck at another dealership but decided to stop at Imperial Ford in Mendon before heading back to the other dealership. Kevin Raposo immediately noticed me on the lot and showed me a number of options on site. Kevin and Ian Marsh also mentioned a 2018 XLT that was off-site at the time in Milford and offered to take me to see it. While it was not my intention to buy new, they both did an great job of selling the attributes of this (almost) new F-150XLT. They worked with me on getting a fair price on my trade-in to help get to my budget. And despite the extenuating circumstances of the title with the previous owner, they pushed to get the paperwork in order as soon as possible. There was no pressure and they were willing to work with me. A great experience. More
