He knew everything about it and was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Got me the price I wanted and took me for a tour to show me the maintenance department. Very nice guy. Dean was friendly and not pushy at all. I have leased several cars through Imperial Ford, but this was the first time I had worked with Dean. My experience with him was pleasant. We asked to work with Dean again and it was a pleasant car buying experience. Because we have young kids, I didn’t want to spend tons of time at the Dealership (as nice as it is there...wow!). Dean did some research for us in advance of our visit and helped us focus on a vehicle that would work for our family. We purchased a Ford Edge and are very happy with it. Dean even took the time to meet me in the middle of the dealership and home a couple times when we got our tow hitch installed. More

How many people that go back to the same dealership 9 yrs. later remember their salesperson.. ? That shows what a great person Dean is and will strive to get you the best deal possible.
