Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Imperial Ford had the best selection of used cars in the area by far, and I was able drive several before deciding on exactly what I wanted. It turned Imperial Ford had the best selection of used cars in the area by far, and I was able drive several before deciding on exactly what I wanted. It turned out they were the only dealership to have the specific model, color and features I wanted, and at a very competitive price. It took a few calls, but eventually we got to a deal I'm happy with. No upsell pressure, and I'm pleased with the extras I did get and price paid. Mike Potenza took care of everything from there on, and my car was ready when I wanted it and how I wanted it. (Actually even a little better.) Well worth the trip. More

Easy fix My check engine light came on so I wanted to have it looked at right away, but didn’t have an appointment, so I figured I would take my chances and I’ My check engine light came on so I wanted to have it looked at right away, but didn’t have an appointment, so I figured I would take my chances and I’m glad that I did. Don said he could fit me in, same day. He kept me updated and made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would cost before preforming any service. I wasn’t pressured at all to get it fixed which I appreciated. I would recommend seeing Don if you need service on your vehicle at Ford. Pedro. More

First newer car since 2004 WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR MY WIFE. THEY HAD A VERY LARGE SELECTION OF NEW & USED. SHE CHOSE A 2015 EDGE. THE SALESMAN & THE FINANCE WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR MY WIFE. THEY HAD A VERY LARGE SELECTION OF NEW & USED. SHE CHOSE A 2015 EDGE. THE SALESMAN & THE FINANCE MGR WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. SHE HAS HAD THE CAR FOR ONE WEEK SO FAR EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GOOD. MY WIFE IS IN SALES SO SHE DRIVE A LOT 437 MILES THIS WEEK ALONE. It turned out I had two separate issues with my car and he squeezed me in for an appointment and was so accommodating. I had premium service and warranty and he explained that all was covered and everything was fixed in a timely efficient manner. I also rented a car for the day which was easy and very convenient. Justin called me promptly when finished and I got a complimentary car wash! I would highly recommend this service center. I wish I could give more stars! More
