My husband and I had a few vehicles that we were interested in. Not once did we feel rushed. For each vehicle Mike would bring it around for us to look at, he would go over each vehicle in detail, have a print out of each so we could see the differences side by side while again not feeling rushed or pressured. We finally made a choice on which we wanted to purchase and firmly believe it was due to his knowledge and genuineness to make sure we were completely satisfied. I cannot praise him enough. We are thrilled with our new truck but equally as much with the experience we had working with Mike. We thank you kindly and hope to have the same experience with you again in the future. More
retirement truck new needs I had a 2015 Ford F-250 regular cab to trade in. I wanted a bigger truck so I could take my daughter and son in law and grandson kayaking rather than I had a 2015 Ford F-250 regular cab to trade in. I wanted a bigger truck so I could take my daughter and son in law and grandson kayaking rather than us having to take 2 vehicles. I went in and told Dean what I needed in a truck and he found the perfect one in the exact color i wanted. Other than an issue with the printers not wanting to work (which was no big deal) everything went great. I have my NEW 2019 F-250 that seats 6. We took it on vacation and fit 5 kayaks and 5 people in the cab. It was wonderful. Thank you guys for helping make my retirement even better! More

Tom made what can be a stressful experience exceptionally pleasant. Tom was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. He listened, he was not pushy, he seemed like he truly wanted to help us get the vehicle we wanted. The overall Imperial Experience was 5 stars. We are already talking about coming back when my wife is in need of a new vehicle. More

Excellent service with Don Hanscom I purchased a used 2006 Ford Escape for my teenage daughter last year and needed a Ford dealership that i could trust to have it serviced. I brought i I purchased a used 2006 Ford Escape for my teenage daughter last year and needed a Ford dealership that i could trust to have it serviced. I brought it to Imperial Ford several months ago for a 15,000 mile service and had Don Hanscom as my service advisor. It was a great experience and Don was great explaining all that they do at Imperial for this service. i once again went back to Imperial for the next service knowing full well that the Escape had some serious issues that needed to be addressed. I had a full oil change with tire rotation and brake inspection done and that is when Don came to break the bad news to me. I needed all new front brakes and also new front lower control arms on both sides. I had a feeling this would be the case but i really appreciate the way Don broke the news to me, he explained everything in detail on what needed to be done and why they needed to be done from a safety concern. Don also was able to find me a $100.00 off coupon for the service which i very much appreciated. When i drove off the lot i could not believe the difference on how it drove. I will continue to bring the 2006 Escape back to Don Hanscom and Imperial Ford for it service needs. More

No initial pressure or pitch, just information to help us make a decision. We were indecisive about what we were looking for so we walked down to the other dealers and ended up coming back to see Chris. While going through the purchasing process, another sales person sold the car we wanted and Chris was working on. Chris quickly pivoted, found another car, just in another color, and finished the process without a hiccup. Highly recommend Imperial and Chris Meehan. More

He treated us great this time just like he did the first time. Mike made the car buying very easy and stress free that's why we went back to him for a second time in 4 months. Mike introduced us to Richard Borrelli who would be our service advisor. The car was 3 years old and needed a few things done before we picked it up.
