Called me with an update mid morning, called with some other issues and estimate on when service would be done. Don reviewed the work performed with me when I came to get it. This is the best service department that I've ever experienced. Don Hanscom is an excellent service advisor and gives you the confidence that their Ford will be well cared for quickly and expertly.
