I wish 0 stars were an option. I called at 9am on 5/14/20 to inquire about a specific vehicle. I spoke with the internet sales manager Christopher Keene. He told me the vehicle was in stock. We made an appoi to inquire about a specific vehicle. I spoke with the internet sales manager Christopher Keene. He told me the vehicle was in stock. We made an appointment for 11am on 5/16/20 to see and test drive the vehicle. I called Christopher at 2pm on 5/15/20 to confirm everything was all set for the appointment, as the dealership is an hour from my house. He assured me it was. On 5/16/20 I headed to the dealership. When I was almost to the location I tried calling Christopher, he did not answer so I called the main number. I was transferred to a manager who told me the truck was sold on 5/14/20. I was shocked. I drove 2 hours out of my way on my day off for nothing. Extremely disappointed! I tried contacting Christopher via phone call, text message and email and he didn’t have the decency to get back to me. Avoid this dealership!! Worst experience ever! More

Absolutely love the Ford Service Dept. I purchased by 2015 explorer from Imperial and it’s the ONLY place I take it for service. My absolute favorite employee is Don. He is always pleasant, honest and accommodating EVERY SINGLE TIME. He never steers me wrong or tries to sell me something I do not need (Even when I think I do) Trust is everything and he doesn’t disappoint. Although I love my SUV, the service center is seriously one of the main reasons I keep my explorer and would consider buying another Ford....because I doubt another service center team is this great. :) More
