Lynda Glassey, our sales associate, was fantastic and completely deferential. We asked probing questions, some of which we knew the answer to, and were given solid and accurate responses. We told her what we were looking for, what we found online, what our X-plan number was, and she was quick with handing over keys for a test drive and explaining minute differences between models. I also want to give praise to the finance department as they asked simple yes/no questions regarding any additional packages we wanted. There was no effort to steer us one way or another, just simple would you like X or Y package added for Z dollars. More
