I came in not sure if I wanted a GMC or a Ford truck. Dean showed me a couple of trucks, and I took a test drive. My time was tight, as I was on break from work. I needed a couple of additions to the truck that had to be done off-site. I had my new F-150 a week after I did the paperwork. Dean was very low-key, which I appreciated.
