What a wonderful experience we had at Imperial Ford! I had seen vehicle on their website that I was interested in and was referred directly to Lynda Glassey, being told that we would be in good hands. Lynda reached out to me immediately and set up a time that worked for me. I went at night by myself to look at the vehicle I was interested in and determined that it was not the best fit for me so Lynda asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and spent 2 hours in the cold night air showing me every vehicle she thought I would like. I decided to go back the next morning with my husband so he could see what I was looking at and help me decide what my next action would be. As soon as we arrived the next day Lynda was right there welcoming us. Once we had found a vehicle that we liked she made sure to walk us through all of the vehicle's features, made sure we had a test drive that was long enough to try the vehicle in different situations and speeds and she was waiting outside for us when we got back. We decided to run the numbers and there was no haggling at all. Not only did the numbers work out of the new vehicle but we got more back for our trade than we expected! Even after we had bought the car I would text Lynda with questions I had and she was very responsive every time. I would not hesitate to recommend Lynda Glassey and Imperial Ford to anyone.
