Imperial was a great dealership to work with. They kept bringing in new vehicles for me to look at until the right one came in. Morgan kept me up to date on when new vehicle came in. I searched for a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport / Color Area 51. Imperail Ford said they would call if one became available. I found a car on their website, and unfortunately it was not available. Lynda helped me locate a similar model. Very nice and friendly. The financing was a bit bumpy, the first Associate I work with coul not available. Lynda helped me locate a similar model. Very nice and friendly. My husband and I recently totaled our car and needed a new one ASAP. I really wanted to try multiple cars that were all really different from each other. We worked with Mike Potenza. He was great! He he new one ASAP. I really wanted to try multiple cars that were all really different from each other. We worked with Mike Potenza. He was great! He helped me drive every vehicle I wanted so I could really make the right decision. He NEVER talked me out of a car; only provided facts, recommendations, and information about each model. In the end we chose a Ford Bronco and couldn’t be happier! Bob in Finance was great to work with also! We will be coming back for another vehicle very soon! More
