Went in to the dealership with the thought that I would be walking out with a Ford Bronco Sport. The dealership did not have any in stock (as they have been "flying off the shelves"). Brian took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next car, and was very understanding with any concerns I had about the process. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Ford Explorer XLT through Brian. I can honestly say that myself and my parents will going to Imperial Ford and asking for Brian the next time we are in the market for a car.
