Very Happy with our total experience. Today we were finally able to purchase our Brand New Made to Order F250 Truck. Although there were delays on the delivery of the truck , due to no fault of Imperi finally able to purchase our Brand New Made to Order F250 Truck. Although there were delays on the delivery of the truck , due to no fault of Imperial Ford ( chip shortages at the factory beyond their control ) . Mike Potenza was assigned as our Sales Consultant and was very knowledable about every detail of this truck and took the time to make sure we are now as well. He was a pleasure to work with and made this buying experience very exciting and even fun. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends who are in the market to purchase a vehicle. Saw car I was interested in on their website and inquired. Marc Foley got right back to me and said the car was in stock and when I went to the dealer the car was pulled up front and ready for us to inquired. Marc Foley got right back to me and said the car was in stock and when I went to the dealer the car was pulled up front and ready for us to take a test drive. Brian O'Malley was great to work with and he got us the deal we were happy with and then Bob Pierce in finance worked with us through the finance and warranty options and was very helpful as well. The service department at Imperial Ford diagnosed and repaired my Ford Fiesta. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Daniel Pheonix kept us informed and updated on the status of the repair. He arranged for a ren repaired my Ford Fiesta. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Daniel Pheonix kept us informed and updated on the status of the repair. He arranged for a rental car.
