I took the 45 minute drive to Imperial because of the huge variety and inventory they have on their lot. It’s a nice feature to be able to walk around and look at and sit in every vehicle to see which on huge variety and inventory they have on their lot. When I finally found a couple of vehicles that I was interested in Lynda Glassey was right there to help me with the process. She was by far the easiest salesperson that I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased my vehicle new at Imperial Ford in 2015 and have been bringing it in for regular oil changes and services according to Ford’s Maintenance Schedule. I have had the pleasure of working with Donald Hanscom, Service Advisor several times, including today. I am always greeted with a smile and treated in a professional and courteous manner. Imperial Ford is approximately 20 miles from my home, but I return to Imperial Ford for my service needs even though there are two Ford dealerships within 10 miles of my home. Great service…I was in an out within 40 minutes today. More
