My wife and I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport at the beginning of December 2021 from Imperial Ford in the “little town of Mendon”. Our salesman, Tom D’Andrea, was a true gentleman and treated us ver the beginning of December 2021 from Imperial Ford in the “little town of Mendon”. Our salesman, Tom D’Andrea, was a true gentleman and treated us very well throughout the process. I am not a fan of going out to buy a car, but this proved to be a very good experience. The price of the car was reasonable. The trade in value was spot on. We got a great interest rate on the loan. And the car itself was spotless. Last week I had a problem with the car. I tried loosening the lug nuts to take off the wheels and check the brakes. No such luck. They were on way too tight. So I called Imperial Ford and left a message for my salesman Tom. He called back about 5 minutes later. He sounded awful. He told me he was home with Covid, but recovering. Then he said “how can I help you.” I told him the problem and he told me to call the service department and they would take care of the problem quickly. After a short, but pleasant conversation and a get well quick message I called the service department and got the car taken care of the next day. Needless to say this effort and level of service was stunning. Definitely a 5 out of 5. We would not hesitate to purchase a car from Imperial Auto in the future and will recommend Imperial to others.
