We were referred to Imperial Ford from our friends after we had a bad experience at McGovern Ford in Framingham. As soon as we stepped into Imperial Ford, we were blown away with all the celebrity memorabi we had a bad experience at McGovern Ford in Framingham. We met with Mike Potenza, he was extremely nice, answered all our questions, gave us all the info we needed to order our 2022 Ford Bronco Sport. My husband and I went to Imperial Ford to trade in our 2019 Ford Explorer lease for a new lease. Lynda Glassey and Mike were extremely helpful in helping us find a new 2022 Ford Explorer. I am super picky and wanted certain functions as well as a certain color. Lynda and Mike found exactly what I was looking for and more. They also worked with us on the price. We are now loving our new explorer and will definitely be back when this lease run out as well. Lynda even went over everything the car has I it and explained it so well. She is very knowledgeable. Purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect XLT and traded in 2016 Ford Transit connect cargo, Lynda couldn't have been more helpful. I got a great price on the cargo van and the XLT had all the bells and whistl 2016 Ford Transit connect cargo, Lynda couldn't have been more helpful. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport at the beginning of December 2021 from Imperial Ford in the “little town of Mendon”. Our salesman, Tom D’Andrea, was a true gentleman and treated us ver the beginning of December 2021 from Imperial Ford in the “little town of Mendon”. Our salesman, Tom D’Andrea, was a true gentleman and treated us very well throughout the process. I am not a fan of going out to buy a car, but this proved to be a very good experience. The price of the car was reasonable. The trade in value was spot on. We got a great interest rate on the loan. And the car itself was spotless. Last week I had a problem with the car. I tried loosening the lug nuts to take off the wheels and check the brakes. No such luck. They were on way too tight. So I called Imperial Ford and left a message for my salesman Tom. He called back about 5 minutes later. He sounded awful. He told me he was home with Covid, but recovering. Then he said “how can I help you.” I told him the problem and he told me to call the service department and they would take care of the problem quickly. After a short, but pleasant conversation and a get well quick message I called the service department and got the car taken care of the next day. Needless to say this effort and level of service was stunning. Definitely a 5 out of 5. We would not hesitate to purchase a car from Imperial Auto in the future and will recommend Imperial to others.
