I want to tell everyone, My husband and I went to Imperial Ford almost a month ago, We started talking to a sales man, Owen Mulroney, What a Fantastic ever so nice person, will do anything for you. Owen helped us with purchasing our new vehicle, he was Great ! I would like to talk about Dave Cross, Sales Manager, he was also very helpful, practically bending over back word for us. Couldn’t do enough for us, Fantastic person. And then there was Audie Jacques, Business Manager, Another Wonderful person, very nice, easy to talk to ! I called Imperial Ford of Mendon and spoke with the trade-in manager on the phone, he delivered exactly as he said he would. Even better than that he paired me up with Morgan Johnson who was extremely trade-in manager on the phone, he delivered exactly as he said he would. I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford Maverick with Tony D. He helped me get past that imposing, way too high front desk and into my perfect vehicle. I was apprehensive approaching the dealership's entrance, but Tony D. was great at relieving my car buying worries and only pointed me towards vehicles that were a possible fit & with-in my criteria. To be honest, he actually prevented me from making a decision I would have regretted later. It was nice , for a change, to finally be able to shop for a car without the hassle of pressured sales; and quickly too...Paperwork was approved and completed that same day. Imperial made finalizing the purchase easy and smooth. Tony D. even noticed a small issue and was already working on the resolution before I got the keys.
