Just had another (as always) phenomenal experience with the service department and Don Hanscom my Service Advisor. I have a 2018 F150 which has only been serviced at Imperial. They have an outstanding serv the service department and Don Hanscom my Service Advisor. I have a 2018 F150 which has only been serviced at Imperial. They have an outstanding service department. I live over an hour from the dealership, and have to pass two other Ford dealers on the way, yet Imperial is the only place I trust to work on my truck. They have been very accommodating with scheduling service, helping with loaner or rental cars, and never trying to oversell something I did't need. I have very high level of confidence in Don and the entire team there! More
