This is our fourth vehicle purchased through Imperial Ford. My wife and I were looking for a moderately priced used vehicle. The first auto that Dennis Leoleis found was a 2004 Mercury Montego which was fine as I was looking for an auto that would be good for sales, which equates to carrying clients and driving long distances. Jeff Nadim, the Finance Manager spent considerable time with us attempting to obtain financing that would fit our budget. This vehicle didn't fit our financial requirements as the value was too low given the milage and year. Dennis found another vehicle, a 2008 Ford Taurus, AWD version. On the surface I didn't think he was talking about us when he mentioned it as I certainly thought it would be out of our price range. Jeff went to work, and about 45 minutes later he said we could have it, and it would be within our financial requirements. The day after, prior to picking up the vehicle,as a result of diligence and dedication, he worked with another bank and lowered our payment considerably. Both Jeff and Dennis were terrific. They worked very hard on what I would consider a lower value sale. My wife and I want to sincerely thank both of them for a job well done. We got a great car, terrific financing, and overall a feeling of satisfaction. Excellent effort and customer satisfaction! More

Imperial provided a great car buying experience. We went there late on a Saturday afternoon and we drove away in a Mustang at 9:00 the same night! The details relative to having the car ready to go were taken care of very efficiently by our saleman Mike Peters. The showroom at Imperial is a must see with its museum quality music memorabilia, complimentary snack bar and jumbo screen TV, I did not want to go home. Imperial is where I am buying my new Fords from now on. More

When we purchased a car, we were told that it would be registered and inspected when wwe came to pick it up the follwing week. When we came in not only was it not registered or inspected, they gave us a p registered and inspected when wwe came to pick it up the follwing week. When we came in not only was it not registered or inspected, they gave us a problem when we asked why it wasn't done. We were then jockeyed around to 3 more people, not two explanations were the same and finally they said they wanted me to meet their 'runner' to get it inspected and that it would only take 15 minutes. That was pure bull@*$!, because anyone and everyone knows regitering a vehicle is a day long process in RI, that is even disregarding the inspection process. Overall they are extremely rude and unorganized, the sales man we dealt with was just a jerk once he got our money, as if we needed to do him a favor. very very dissatisfied. More

My family has been so pleased with Imperial and we will always continue to shop there. My 2004 Chevrolet Impala was purchased at Imperial Chevrolet in Milford, my mother bought a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria L always continue to shop there. My 2004 Chevrolet Impala was purchased at Imperial Chevrolet in Milford, my mother bought a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria LX at Imperial when they were in Milford, my father purchased at 2005 Ford Five-Hundred Limited AWD 4-door sedan from Imperial when they were in Milford. Now the dealership has moved to Mendon, MA and all I have to say is WOW! If you have not been to the new dealerships over in Mendon you really need to drop in and just see everything they have in the showroom. At Imperial it is just a win-win situation, you really can't lose there. It is a sure shot. I actually have an interest now in boating and I will be needing a truck to fit my needs. I have never had a truck before but I know this Christmas of 2009 when I am ready to buy a truck I know where to go. I have seen some beautiful Chevrolet Avalanches and Cadillac Escalade EXTs over at Imperial. The dealership has earned my trust. My trust is not given, it was earned. I am just very comfortable dealing with Imperial. More
