I bought a used ford escape from imperial about a year ago and was very happy with the service, I wanted to go back to get a truck at imperial. I had a very excellent buying experience at imperial. Brian Rishe was very professional and took excellent care of me and made sure that i new everything about the new vehicle i was buying. I walked onto to the lot to look and at used trucks. When Brian walked up to me and started talking to me, I asked what the best deal he had a used truck was. He look at me and told me the best deal he had was sitting in the show room. So we went inside and their was a brand new 2013 Ford F-150 Lariat. He told me the base MSRP of the truck was 50,000 but was on sale for 37,000. I still wasn't sure so he took me around the lot and showed me the used trucks that they had and they were coming out to be around $30,000 with 30,000 miles on the truck and so I went home and the next day I went up their and Brian got me started on my paper work and the process was harmless. Brian Rishe was an excellent sales representative and took care of me. I recommended to anyone that is looking to buy a car or truck, either new or used to go on down to imperial ford and talk to Brian Rishe or any of the other sales representatives they will take care of you and make sure you have the best car buying experience. Brian even took the time on his day off to go up to imperial once the paper work was done and to take my truck home. He even called me twice since buying my truck to make sure everything was ok with the truck and that I was happy with the truck. I won't go to any other dealership after going to imperial ford. More
Please allow me to share my awesome experience at Imperial Ford solely due to the man who helped me buy a car: Mike Peters. I had returned to buy a 2nd car from him. In the summer, I bought my first Imperial Ford solely due to the man who helped me buy a car: Mike Peters. I had returned to buy a 2nd car from him. In the summer, I bought my first and remembered how much I enjoyed how relaxed he was and interested in helping me find something that I really wanted. After I was involved in a motor vehicle collision and my car was totaled, I needed another one. My first instinct was to go back to Mike at Imperial Ford to look for another Fusion. However, because I had never dealt with another car salesperson or dealership, I figured it would be in my best interest to explore what else was out there. I did check out other cars and other models (some were definitely good and some were not). Honestly, the difference was in the people helping me buy the car (or "selling" it, depending on how you want to look at it). One guy knew nothing about the car I was test driving so was pretty useless. That guy continues to call me with "deals" in order to entice me to come back and buy the car. The 2nd salesperson I worked with didn't even hop in the car during the test drive so I was by myself; then he took me back to his desk where both he and his manager wanted to know what they could do to get that car in my driveway that day. Crazy pressure. Before I went back to Mike, I called his cell and told him what I would be interested in looking at. When I showed up to look at Fusions, he already had an AWESOME car set aside that suited my needs very well. I test drove it, fell in love, still looked at a few others, but saw that the car he chose was the best fit. He had really listened to me. Never once did I feel pressured to rush into buying. Even when I bought it, there were a few things to work out, and Mike was AMAZING in orchestrating these and making it a very easy process for me. What I loved about my experience with Mike was his relaxed manner and knowledge of his vehicles and what I wanted. It is for this reason that I have been telling those I know about my positive experience. My Facebook page totally compliments Mike Peters from Imperial Ford—it tells other people to at least go talk to him to see what he can do. And, it is for this reason that I will go to Mike in the future to see how he can help my family's needs with vehicles. . . . More

I went to Imperial at the suggestion of my spouse to look at Fords for him, but Dodge Caravans for me. I did a little research online prior to choosing Imperial but based on what I found it seemed like they at Fords for him, but Dodge Caravans for me. We were greeted warmly by Dean Childs, our salesperson when we got on the lot. My spouse told him what we both wanted and we first were shown the Ford Flex which my spouse was interested in then we headed over to the Dodge lot when I saw a 'used' Dodge Grand Caravan. The vehicle caught my eye but the sticker price made me take an even closer look. Dean allowed me to take the van for a test drive and I was sold. I wanted that van. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The finance department was equally as knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions as Dean was. I have never had as pleasant and enjoyable an experience at any dealership as I did when I got to Imperial. The lot was amazing, the showroom was impeccable and the decor was totally awesome--my kids, who came along with me, loved it there and were treated just as well as we had been. I never once felt pressure to buy a car, but I did and I'm thrilled with my new van. I was so happy with my experience I song the praises of Dean, himself, along with their finance department on my Facebook page. I have since recommended Imperial to a few of my personal friends who are looking to buy a new cars to go see Dean at Imperial. It was an awesome experience and I will go back to Imperial for my future car purchases. I have other dealerships that are much closer, but I'm more than willing to drive 45 minutes to Mendon because of the stellar customer service my entire family received. More

I bought three cars from imperial. First 3 experiences were great. This last time I went I thought I was somewhere else. It wasn't what I expected. They took time to answer all our questions and went out of their way to find the perfect used car to accommodate our needs. Mike even tracked down a car I saw online and went above and beyond to let me check it out. I was looking for a used truck on line and came across 1 at Imperial Ford I liked. I called and spoked to Lisa who said the truck was under agreement disappointed I was ready to move on when Lisa called bac at Imperial Ford I liked. I called and spoked to Lisa who said the truck was under agreement disappointed I was ready to move on when Lisa called back to say the truck was still available and since it was the last day of the month it would be a good day to get a deal on it. I fired up my motorcycle and took a ride down to the dealership where I met with Shawn Goulet a salesmen there who showed me the truck and we took it out for a test ride. Liking what I saw and considering the work that was proposed to be done as part of the sale I made an offer I thought was a low ball one. Expecting a counter offer Shawn after talking to the sales manger came back and said "congratulations you just bought a truck" It took a few days to do all the front end work needed which is common on a truck with over 70k miles on it and repair the AC which is ice cold now also a wiring harness was replaced which wasn't part of the deal but needed to be done for safety. After putting over 500 miles on the truck the battery light came on since I had gotten a new one as part of the purchase figured it was something else which it was the alternator had gone bad and being over 40 miles from the dealer they sent a tow truck to pick up the truck and replaced the bad alternator which can let go it is a used truck after all and something I don't have to worry about now all for no charge. I had new tires put on the truck and took it for an alignment check locally and was told that a front wheel bearing was going. I called and talked to Erin at service and she said to bring the truck in to have it checked out. They agreed it should be replaced and since the one on the other side had already been replaced no to mention just about everything else that can be replaced the whole front end is practically new. While there I talked to the service tech and asked if he would adjust my rear drum brakes and siphon out some transmission fluid which was over the full mark both of which he took care of all at no charge to me. Lastly they read the code to use the outside keypad which is usually a $50.00 dollar charge for free too. I now have a 2002 Explorer Sport track with just over 78k on it that is in like new condition, it came with a cap over the bed and a remote starter and alarm system the original owner had installed. I even got a coffee and muffin at the dinner while waiting for my truck to be serviced so all and all I am very happy with my purchase and would do business with them in the future. More
Had my ford towed truck in for bad wiring that killed my fuel pump. They called and said Good news it was fixed, Bad news it wasnt covered under warranty and the bill was $300.00. After going back and forth about what my warranty covered they still refused to cover it. I asked to speak with Kevin Mehan the owner who said "If I had bought the truck from them he would have gone to bat for me" Wrong Answer Kevin! I filed a 93A fraud law suit because my warranty book clearly stated wiring was covered. Two days later I got a call from someone there saying the $300 check would be mailed to me. They aggrevated the crap out of me when they could have just done the right thing from the beginning. More
