Once again I was pleasantly surprised getting a call in the morning saying that the vehicle was ready. They had also put in for a tire rebate for us. Once again prompt, courteous, and professional. I suggested they look at the web site to see what I was referencing, which they refused to do. It appears they were practicing a "Bait and Switch" scheme. After picking out a few cars we like on their website, we went to the dealership. We were introduced to our salesperson, Morgan. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped us locate the cars we had viewed online. She answered all our questions and was never pushy. We fell in love with a beautiful 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. After a test drive and Morgan answering all our questions (we had a lot) we went over to financing and we were helped out by Audi. It was a great experience, and he worked hard to get us the best rates possible. All in all it was THE BEST experience we have had. We highly recommend asking for Morgan if you are shopping at Imperial Ford. More
