I called to schedule an appointment for a brake noise. I spoke to Donny and he said to me to bring my edge in when I can. Omar was a nice individual who was extremely honest and straight forward. After a long day of work and a 45min drive we called ahead and took the car for a quick test drive on our own. Attempted to work on a deal for a Used Ford Explorer and the car smelled bad of smoke but otherwise very well kept. Got an extremely lowball offer for our trade in that we weren't expecting much out of anyway. Sales Manager wasn't interested in any counter offers on trade in price then commented on maybe something more in our "price range" other than the explorer without even asking what our budget was. We never got to the point in the financials or what our budget was. He looked at how we were dressed and what my wife was drive and determined we didn't have enough money for something more expensive. Little did he know we both make well over 100k a year each and had the money to get whatever we wanted. Will not be visiting this dealership again and I wouldn't recommend going here if you're not dressed like you make more money. More
