Service This was the first time I had my car serviced since leasing it. It was also my first time in the Service Center. Jim Parsons was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. He explained how my car was serviced, and was very helpful in getting the job done, as my 7 year old explored the dealership. Michael Walsh also entertained my son as well as I completed the necessary paperwork. More

Had a great Service experience with Jim Parsons Anytime your car needs service, there are always so many dire thoughts that go through your mind. However, I have recently needed service on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was lucky enough to deal with Jim Parsons. Jim is a straight shooter from the get go, and goes the extra mile to look out for MY best interests. From doing a complete review of pending recalls to making sure that the repair work is done right and on time. I felt comfortable in dealing with Jim and felt that my BABY was in good hands! Thanks!
