Service Manager would not repair nor discount the part. You lost my business. Service manager came over from closed Milford Chevy but now service Mgr at Ram. looks like Frank Dumas but taller. Can't select him as employee worked with....surprise. More

Exceptional Mark Detoma was on top of his game! I was visiting from out of state when I started to have some problems with my car. The work was under a recall. He Mark Detoma was on top of his game! I was visiting from out of state when I started to have some problems with my car. The work was under a recall. He said he could talk to his service department and see what could be done. Well, guess what, they had the car in and fixed and ready for me to finish my vacation and travel home again! They were all very friendly and helpful. From the inside entrance, the greeting, good communication and a quick turnaround it was a great experience. I miss the free car wash, but now that I'm not paying for Lexus service I can afford to pay for my own car wash. More

Timing Cover leakage repair on my Town & Country. The repair required that I leave the car overnight (last night) and Jim arranged a rental car for me since I live about 20 miles away. I explained that I needed the car before 2:00 the next day and Jim Parsons said he would try to get it done by then. I received a call this morning about 9:00 and was told the car was ready. I am impressed with the consideration and follow through. My experience with Imperial from when I purchased the car to now has been excellent, friendly and thorough. When I bought the car, they sold me an extended warranty that has paid for itself. The first thing that is done when repairs are required is a check of my warranty by Jim or one of his people. Not only is the service of the highest quality but knowing that Service Advisor is always looking out for my best interest is something that I value. Imperial has gone beyond in all of my dealings with them. More
