Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Went in for noise when turning wheel fully. Service dept at first recommended rotors and struts ($1k), however when i explained again, they were willing to look at differential. It ended up being rear diffe at first recommended rotors and struts ($1k), however when i explained again, they were willing to look at differential. It ended up being rear differential. Noise is gone!! Not all dealerships would take the time to re-examine issue. Covered under warranty!! Can't ask for better than that! Always trust them with my vehicle...and value their service!! And they value mine as well!! 5 stars!! More

Crooks Was told the dealership needed to see my vehicle in person to give me a ballpark figure to purchase from me even though the other three dealerships we Was told the dealership needed to see my vehicle in person to give me a ballpark figure to purchase from me even though the other three dealerships we able to use pictures to give me a ballpark price. I had told them via email how much I needed and the other offers that I received. Keep in mind that I purchased three cars from this dealership and was thinking that Imperial being the largest would give me the best trade in. I walk in to the dealership and not one of the two people I was told to ask for were there. Long story short they came in $3,000 less than my other lowest offer. I am more irate that I needed to go in to the dealership to be told that. The car is also in mint condition. My entire family has been purchasing cars there for a while and never again will they or I purchase a vehicle from them or any other Imperial location. More
