Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! Seriously, my wife and I were both very impressed with the level of service from everyone at Imperial. We've work with the sales associate Rami who was remarkably patient as it took us 3 visits to find exactly what we wanted. Rami worked diligently to find us the Jeep we were looking for with absolutely no pressure, we then teamed up with Karen and JP to finalize the purchase and get us the financing we were comfortable with…..Rami, Karen and JP clearly went the extra mile to build a customer for life……and they've succeeded. Tj 59 Imperial is the Disney World for car buyers! Incredible atmosphere! Although that I wasn't able to close on a deal, the old adage [ Typical Car D Imperial is the Disney World for car buyers! Incredible atmosphere! Although that I wasn't able to close on a deal, the old adage [ Typical Car Dealer ] is a thing of the past for me. Ed Kelly and Karyn Ingram are 2 of most the dedicated standouts among the many on this staff, what energy! Just a reflection of General mgr. Dave Mello whom I also met, good people. My only regret is not knowing sooner that a Dealership such as this still existed. Not only would I recommend Imperial ,I already have. More
