I initially left the dealership very frustrated, becau What started as a rough road with Imperial became a pleasure, once I had switched salespeople. I initially left the dealership very frustrated, because I felt that I had not really been heard by the salesman and manager that I worked with on my first visit. However, both Karyn and Mike in finance were WONDERFUL, and when Mike contacted me the following day to see if we might be able to put a workable deal together, I was willing to give them another chance. That second time around, I requested a new salesperson to work with and met Gill. He, along with the financial staff, worked very hard to show me a much nicer side of this dealership, and earned my business. I purchased exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay, with no further hassle. I greatly appreciated how available Gill was throughout the process, and the fact that when he didn't have an answer to a question, he didn't make something up. He simply said, "let me find that out for you," and then he would. The process concluded with me being very satisfied, and I would recommend him as a salesperson, and Karyn and Mike from finance, with no hesitation. More
