2014 Dodge Journey My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and had a very specific set of items that needed to be checked off on this new purchase. We went t My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and had a very specific set of items that needed to be checked off on this new purchase. We went to Imperial due to the size of the inventory and the fact that we would be able to look at all of the vehicles we had in mind at one location. We were greeted by Ed Kelly and he was able to take us around the lot and show us the vehicles that we wanted to see, once we had narrowed our choices down to a particular make and model he was very helpful in narrowing down trim packages and such. After our test drive we were ready to buy, and Ed was able to work with us to get a fair deal on our trade in and it was refreshing to not have to spend hours going back and forth. Mike Walsh Jr. walked me through the paperwork and financing, and to be honest, this was probably the easiest time that I have ever had with a dealership finance department, so kudos to Mike as well! After it was all said and done, I drove my new car home that night and am very happy with the process and the purchase. I will definitely go back to Imperial and see Ed next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. More

I was nervous because I have heard other horror stories (not this dealership) but Imperial is far above the rest in customer service, quality, friendliness, and price. My rep, Frank Dumas, has always gone out of his way to be helpful. Now you may say "he should Mark, that's how he earns his commission!" But it's more than that! It's the little things he does that shows he cares and when you get to be my age (52) you've learned it's the little things that are important. They show character. Integrity. Money can buy people's time meaning you HAVE to show up to work........but it can't buy a person's integrity or character. Which leads me to Karyn Ingram. The Business Manager who has always helped Jeanne (my wife) and me by explaining, given our lifestyle, what she thinks we should or shouldn't have for coverage. Once again you may say "Well that's what she gets paid for Mark" and my response to that would be NO......it's not......because there's actually some stuff she told us we DON'T need. Perfect example,.........remember the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where the Santa who worked for Macy's recommended people go to Gimball's if they didn't have something in stock? Karyn is an HONEST individual who will put YOUR best interests ahead of anyone others. Including hers! Last but not least I can't say enough about Aaron Jacobs our Sales Manager. He's one of the first employees I met there years ago and he has ALWAYS structured deals to maximize my best financial interests. Once again you may say "he's playing around with numbers Mark and you just don't follow it." WRONG! I'm a CPA so trust me........I know numbers! My recent purchase was a little complicated as I traded in 2 older cars and a motorcycle for a 2013 Town & Country for my wife. Needless to say the paperwork was a little complicated too. But Aaron ran the numbers a few different ways. Some were good (for me), some weren't so good but one was excellent. It really worked in my favor. Consequently I didn't think they'd go for it but they did. Unlike other auto dealers who put their interests first, Aaron will run the numbers until he comes up with a way to maximize your best interest. Thank you Aaron! I have recommended Imperial to many people and will continue to do so. When my son was ready to buy his first car he visited several dealerships to check them all out (not believing his Dad of course.) After doing weeks of research visiting those different dealers where did he wind up buying his car............at Imperial...........just like his dad recommended in the first place. Frank was very efficient and attentive, answering all of my questions about the vehicle, while showing a true knowledge of the vehicle and its features. When it came time to "make a deal," Frank took my offer to the sales manager with, what I believe, a true desire to get me the best deal possible. He did just that with no further negotiations necessary. Although I already had financing available through my bank, Mike Walsh was attentive to my financial situation and got me a better loan with a better rate than I had walked in with that morning. From beginning to end, the buying process was seamless and without all the drama so many dealerships put customers through. I would definitely buy from Imperial again and will recommend them to anyone in the market for the brands that they carry. More
