I won't give these guys five stars because, the vehicle was missing the owner's manual, and they were supposed to order one for me. I've been trying to find out if they did order it or not.... If I had the hard copy of the owner's manual in hand, they would have 5-stars. More

Karyn went above and beyond because she not only did her job, but she went the extra mile by reviewing my credit report and educated me about the entire credit process before we even got started. She also explained the extended warranty option in great detail and really cared about making sure we chose all the extra's that were right for us. Karen is a breath of fresh air (which after lots of test drives and negotiating, she was needed). She was efficient, professional and gave exceptional customer service. I walked out of her office feeling confident about my credit, buying my truck and extended warranty. She is an asset to this dealership and they are very lucky to have her! What makes a persons experience memorable is the emotion they feel when they first walk into a dealership and when they walk out of a dealership and if Karyn is the last person seen by most customers, then these customers will be back for their next purchase three days later.....My wife was in the market for a new car and we went to Imperial Ford and were able to make a deal which we were also VERY satisfied with. When the sales person asked us to follow them into the finance office, I told them. No we want to see Karyn over at Dodge! haha Karyn was not in that day and we decided to wait till the next day to finance because of the great experience I had with her a few days earlier. So the next day we were back in Karyns office (even though she works for Imperial Dodge) doing the financing on the new Explorer we purchased. Again, you have a keeper! More
