Horrible car buying experience I'm a pretty easy-going person and can over look a lot, but I had the absolute worst car buying experience ever at this dealership. They have zero cus I'm a pretty easy-going person and can over look a lot, but I had the absolute worst car buying experience ever at this dealership. They have zero customer service. Granted, I'm at a car dealership, but I've never felt more like all they care about is making a sale and getting my money. I bought a car with a crack in the windshield, thinking it would be and easy fix and wouldn't be a big deal. They took my trade-in right away because it was the end of the month and said my car would be ready within a couple of days. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. I had to call a manager to find out when exactly it would be ready since I couldn't get a straight answer. I had to ask for a rental since they took my trade-in. It's been over a month since I bought the car. Once again, they have not called me and I had to call them to inquire when it would be ready. I still don't have a car after a month and have already made a car payment. Completely ridiculous! The funny thing is that I went in a week prior to buying the car, just to look around, and the following week they called me every day and even send emails! Pretty disgusting that after you actually buy a car and give them your business, they couldn't be bothered to follow up on the windshield they're replacing. I'll never buy another car with them again nor would I recommend that anyone else does. Very disappointing More

Even after completing the sale he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, including a visit to my workplace which is about 45 minutes away from the dealership! Last Christmas I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado at Imperial and had an incredibly positive experience. Today's experience on the Dodge side of the dealer was no different - outstanding! We were assisted by Rick Panorese who was helpful, honest, direct and most importantly, helped us get to a price and package that was fair and exactly what we wanted. The experience with the Business Manager, Mike Walsh, Jr. was just as outstanding. He quickly found us a great, low interest rate, sold us only the warranty that we needed, and moved us through the deal close and paperwork quickly and smoothly. Rick and Mike are both great guys, pleasant to deal with and were accommodating to our needs. Once again, Imperial impressed with value, service and price. Jeep Buyer Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Imperial, had been there a few months prior and at that time was introduced to Ed Kelly an Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Imperial, had been there a few months prior and at that time was introduced to Ed Kelly and Dave Mello,2 real nice guys and one of many reasons I went back there. After shopping around, my decision to make a purchase from their dealership was a no-brainer. Sean Ewing was my sales representative, he put me into exactly what I was looking for, no pressure, no bull.... unlike some of the other dealerships I had visited, his personality and knowledge of Jeeps made my purchase easy. Mike Walsh Jr and Karyn Ingram handled the finance end and were both great to deal with. Although I didn't meet him, I want to commend Santos Cruzado on his prompt quick response and follow-ups on my e-mails, along with the unknown receptionist who fielded my calls. As a side note I want to once again thank Ed and Dave for all their help, its people like the ones I have mentioned that make Imperial Jeep a success and a pleasure to deal with. It is a great experience when you do not feel stressed nor forced and the salesman and the dealership work WITH you to help you through the process. Happy Customer! I had a unique situation and my lease was coming up in a few days. I had been trying to work with the same dealership I had in the past and I was hit I had a unique situation and my lease was coming up in a few days. I had been trying to work with the same dealership I had in the past and I was hitting so many brick walls. I was getting more and more frustrated and nervous because I knew my time was running out! I was advised to go work with Imperial. Because I had such a unique situation. I asked to speak to the manager as soon as I was approached. Typically this is when a sales person would continue to press and just make me more upset. Jim Burke was fantastic though. He did ask a few short questions and said he would get the manager for me right away. Aaron Jacobs came right over and was so wonderful! He greeted me and I explained everything. He broke down exactly what they could and would do for me in a way that made me feel at ease. He allowed me to ask any questions and concerns I had and he never got offended by them. He handed me back over to Jim. Jim found the perfect car for my circumstance by listening to my needs and wants. He prepared me for Jim Walsh, Jr. who worked the financing and even gave me a few tips for the future! After feeling "beat up" from working with my other dealership, I was so pleased to have such a positive and wonderful group of gentlemen work so well for me. Thank you for everything again! More

We wanted another Town and Country van and after listening to our wish list, Andy showed us to one of the preowned vans. We then took a look at the other options but came back and test drove the one that Andy pointed out first. After our test drive we sat down and made the purchased. Mark Walsh, Jr, made the paperwork a breeze. The service department found and fixed a small problem when I returned to get the inspection sticker.
