We are not high maintenance customers - but was shocked at the how poor the communication was and at the sleazy, unnecessary games that were played at this other place (not imperial). I was reminded how "good we had it" at imperial when, just today, I called imperial regarding getting the remainder of our gap ins back. I was pleasantly surprised that even though Imperial was not benefitting from my request, Karyn called me back literally 2 minutes after I called, patiently walked me through the necessary steps and provided me with a clear plan of action. I am thoroughly impressed and reminded what customer service can be like. More

I just wanted to let you know that my wife and I purchased a used Toyota Camry from your dealership on New Years Eve. We had been looking for a good used car for awhile and should have come here first. Our experience thus far has been awesome. When we first got there, we were greeted like one of the family by Mark Rossi who happened to be walking by the entrance. The warm greeting and beautiful waiting area made us feel very comfortable. Then we met our salesman who would be glad to assist us, Joel Cohen. We had been to several other dealerships looking but none of them gave us that warm fuzzy feeling and the cars we looked at were horrible. Not here ! Everyone was smiling and so eager to assist us and your used car inventory had a lot to offer. Joel worked with us until we found our next car. The only problem was an open warranty issue that would need to be resolved. Joel Cohen explained everything to us and helped to close the deal. Our salesman, Joel Cohen, has been very professional and courteous. Something I noticed that most car dealerships lack. We had some concerns with some warranty work and paperwork before we could take possession of this car. He was very thorough in explaining this process to us. We loved dealing with him. Your staff has been very supportive and understanding throughout this process. Karyn Ingram was awesome in working her magic to get us the best financing possible. Everything looked like it was going to be successful. After the warranty work was completed, Joel called us to come pick up the car. However, Karyn said she needed to redo some of the paperwork because she had continued to work on our deal even after we had left and had found some better rates. This was incredible news and very much appreciated. Your Customer Service is one of the greatest attributes and it is obvious to us that we chose the right dealership for our current and future needs. My wife and I have never been so satisfied, especially for a used car purchase! I can only imagine how awesome your dealership is with a new car purchase. The financial phase of the sale was made much less an apprehensive ordeal due to Mikes thorough and complete answers. to our many question. I bought a Jeep Cherokee that needed a windshield and my experience with this dealership was not going very well after a month of difficulty attaining a windshield. JP contacted me to find out what was happening and helped to push the windshield delivery so that I could finally pick up my new car! He was incredibly helpful and kept me informed on what was happening with the car. JP was intent on improving the situation and he really did! He offered to pick up the first months car payment since I wasn't able to get the car until over a month after purchase. I'm very happy with the Cherokee and how the whole situation turned out! I would certainly recommend doing business with this dealership, as it became clear that their customers are important to them. More

My wife went down to the dealership alone and was very nervous about the whole idea of purchasing a vehicle. Can't say I blame her for feeling that way. She met with sales rep Andrew Clair (Andy). She said Andy made her very comfortable, and listened to what we were looking for and did not try to change it. He actually wanted to sell us what we wanted to buy, not what he wanted us to buy. There was a punch list of things to be repaired (used car), all was taken care of as discussed. The Finance Manager Karyn Ingram was also a pleasure to work with. She presented me with multiple payment options and warranties. She took her time to explain all options (did not feel rushed). Great experience!!!! Thank you.
