I previously owned a Jeep Wrangler and it just doesn't have the room for both a car seat and stroller. I have had other friends say great things about Imperial and I always have been impressed on how Mr. Meehan is one with his community and what he has given back to the town of Mendon and the surrounding communities too. Andy Clair was the sales rep i had the pleasure of doing business with. He was quite knowledgeable and listened to what i was looking for and what could be worked in my price range. Know i am a owner of a 2014 Dodge Journey and i never expected that but its definitely the vehicle i was looking for and i can't wait when my lil lady joins us and can enjoy the smooth and comfortable rides and new adventures :) More

Between my auto purchases and the ongoing service I have easily spent well into six figures there. To be honest I had never felt terribly appreciated as a repeat customer, so about 4 years ago I decided to try another dealership. When I did, I found I had a better experience than I had known was possible when buying a car. I felt far more appreciated -- both during and after the sale -- than I had felt in my multiple years buying from Imperial. Based on this better experience elsewhere I bought my last three vehicles from other dealers, despite the convenience factor of buying locally from Imperial. Recently I decided to give Imperial another chance. I was somewhat reluctant to do so based on my past experiences but an advertised special had caught my eye and I had been in and out of a lot of dealers recently looking for something special. I was pleasantly surprised by this most recent visit. Rick Panorese was professional and never pushy, which was great. Even more impressive was my experience with Karyn Ingram in the finance office. (Just one week before I had walked out just minutes before closing a deal on a different vehical at another dealership because the Finance guy was pushing me very hard on products I did not want to buy). So I went into my visit with Karyn knowing that the vehicle I was ready to buy that day might also not happen for me if I had a similar experience. But then Karyn surprised me. She was friendly and professional in a way that felt genuine. She did not play any games with me. She checked my records before I came in and saw that I had been a repeat customer (and probably noticed that I had not been back for a while before that day). She also saw that I have excellent credit and that I have not purchased a lot of extras in my past visits. Taking all of this into account, Karyn proceeded to move me through the process smoothly and without any of the hassle I had come to expect from others in her position. She didn't bug me to buy what I told her I did not want. I felt respected and valued as a customer -- these are not things I expected to feel when I walked in the door. This experience turned me around. I still think the dealership could do a better job in some areas, but because of Karyn in particular, I no longer feel like Imperial is a dealer that I need to avoid when making purchases in the future. One of a Kind There is no doubt that the Imperial family of dealerships is certainly a museum in itself and well worth visiting to see the nostalgia & music paraphe There is no doubt that the Imperial family of dealerships is certainly a museum in itself and well worth visiting to see the nostalgia & music paraphernalia. However, an impressive facility and large inventory does not warrant reason to purchase from there. I have personally purchased & serviced several vehicles over the years since they started operations in this location. Most important, I found a true winner and it was not the vehicle. Yes I did just purchase a Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 with a 6 cylinder Engine, Tow & cold weather package. So far, the auto is great & fun to drive…used to own a Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 4x4. Since this same auto can be purchased anywhere....what made the difference was Joel (salesman). He always was polite, honest, would share his opinions and recommend based on your actual needs. He did not do the traditional play on your emotions & pump up what's hot on your mind. Many salesmen in my experience will say they like whatever you like to just get the sale...this ends up with buyer's remorse & distrust of the dealership. Joel is an excellent listener, extremely patient, willing to meet later than scheduled and committed in all aspects of the sales process. He even located a vehicle & obtained from a different dealers inventory they normally do not trade with vs. pushing options or colors on me that I did not desire. (He offered to custom order what I specifically wanted but became unnecessary since we found an exact match). Overall, I have been very satisfied with Imperial as a whole but Joel really cemented my relationship. I got to know him as a person and truly felt that he cared that he helped you get the right vehicle & his time and commitment to ensure satisfaction. Joel did other nice things not mentioned but best for you to ask for him to see for yourself what a winner he is. I have never experienced such a great person in this type of industry…. Joel is an outstanding person and should be cloned! Thanks for all your help to work out the details!! More

Great Experience I found a truck that I wanted on the Imperial website, and took it for a test ride. Due to financing issues, I wasn't able to purchase this particular truck. But, after working with Mike Walsh, I was able to get an almost identical truck that was 2 years newer than the one I originally looked at. Mark Detoma was the salesman that I worked with, and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and was very easy to talk to. I had been to another dealer who had informed me I had to stay within a particular price range. Imperial didn't do that, but worked with me to keep my payment where I wanted it, but also allowing me to get a much better vehicle. I got everything I wanted from Imperial, instead of "settling" for a vehicle at another dealership. I would, and have, recommended Imperial to everyone I've talked to about my truck. I can honestly say that next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, Imperial will be my first, and only stop. More

It was our first time there & I ASSURE YOU IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST! We were greeted by Tim, a manager on the Chevy side. He introduced us to a salseman to help us out. Unfortunately we were interested in DODGE> So Tim showed us where the Dodge building was & that"s when we met Dave Boratyn. He has knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in.Extremely patient for which we were undecided on year and color choice.Dave allowed us to test drive the trucks & explained in detail how to operate all the "bells and whistles" across the dashboard. We bought a 2014 Dodge Ram! It was late in the day so Dave allowed us to take the truck home & return the next day to make the purchase. On sunday we met Karyn Ingram, our financer. Another prime example of professionalism & knowledge of her job........ She too explained in detail with great patience all that we needed to know on making our package choice for payments. We sealed the deal with smiles on our faces. Dave was happy to take care of our appointment to install truck accessories & on the day of that appointment we ran into Dave & Karyn and they were very happy to see us & answered any questions we had. Yes, we would refer everyone we know to go to IMPERIAL. It was truly a pleasant experience. More

She was able to provide me with prices and helped me make contact with Karyn in finance. Karyn took the time to call me on her way home from work to set my mind at ease. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Sharon who was extremely helpful. She patiently drove around with me to compare multiple vehicles. Knowing that I was in an accident totaling my Honda, she was very accommodating with my sensitivity to driving. Karyn was tied up with another customer and instead of making me wait they went the extra step to explain my situation to another finance manager Mike Walsh. Mike made me feel completely comfortable in his expertise. While Sharon was getting my new Jeep cleaned up she noticed the check engine light was on. We went right into the busy Service Department 10 minutes before closing and a service advisor, Edward was able to have a technician scan my new 2015 Cherokee to make sure it was weather related (which it was). It didn't help that back in the 1990's I was looking for a vehicle and so I went to Imperial Chevy when they were in Milford. The sales guy was an outright xxxxxxx and I left swearing I would never go back and every time I needed a new car I avoided Imperial like the plague. It has been over 20 years and I had brought my Cadillac to Imperial for warranty service and they were great. I thought I would give them a second chance at a sale. After testing a bunch of vehicles over a few weeks I decided that I wanted to check out the Jeep Cherokee. I checked out the prices online and knew they were way to low. Just as they claim on the website the website prices are lower as the price reflects all possible rebates on the vehicles listed, but you probably don't qualify for all of them. Not a negative, we all know the price of an auto is open to negotiation at any dealership. I went down to the dealership and I met salesman Ed Kelly. From the time I walked in the door to the time I came back and picked up my Jeep Cherokee, Ed was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. It was a no pressure sales experience.I had a number I was willing to pay and Ed was able to meet that number. He was very accommodating and worked his butt off in a snowstorm to get the vehicle ready for pickup the next day. Ed is an upbeat, positive guy who was willing to work with me to get the deal done. If you are in the Dodge/Jeep market and go to Imperial ask for Ed. I had Karyn process my financial paperwork. She was fast, friendly, and gave some good advice. Outstanding visit to Imperial Dodge. It couldn't have gone any better. More
