Amazing experience! I was on the fence on what vehicle I wanted to get. Dave from sales was extremely helpful and spent as much time with me patiently answering every que I was on the fence on what vehicle I wanted to get. Impressed with Imperial ! My fiancée and I Took a ride Sunday March 29 to Imperial Dodge. We were greeted by saleswomen Sharon Reed. We took a Ram 1500 out for a test drive. Sharon went over all the details and answered all my questions , How's that ! Mike Walsh Jr. put together a financial package that was great for me. After an excellent dinner at the diner the truck was ready and we were on our way. A very good day in this little town of Mendon! Make this your last stop before purchasing Great facility for vehicle shopping. I went to this dealer after shopping around. Imperial gave me the best deal on my trade in and price for my new Great facility for vehicle shopping. I went to this dealer after shopping around. Imperial gave me the best deal on my trade in and price for my new jeep over anyone else. I cannot comment on Customer service or Quality of Work since I have not experienced that yet. I spoke with Andy a few months back explaining I was looking but not ready to buy now. Andy took all the time to answer all of my questions even though he knew I was not buying. When I was ready I came back and worked with Sean who also spent a lot of time with me making sure I got exactly what I wanted. After we found my Jeep both Andy and Sean took care of everything as a team. I would recommend Imperial to anyone looking for a new vehicle based on facility, vehicle selection, and sales team. Stop at the diner while shopping or conducting a transaction. Great food and place to take a break without leaving the lot. More

Frank Dumas & Karyn Ingram are the BEST!!! My wife and I went to Imperial looking for a minivan for our family. My first impression was that Imperial was quite the impressive dealership and whe My wife and I went to Imperial looking for a minivan for our family. My first impression was that Imperial was quite the impressive dealership and when we walked in the doors that impression only heightened. We were introduced to Frank Dumas who couldn't have been more honest and upfront about the entire process. We ended up buying a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T with 14k miles that looked like it was right out of the factory. We had heavily researched prices and as a matter of fact thought there might be a story with the van we wanted because the price was so good. Needless to say there were no stories and we ended up loving the van and got a fair price for our trade and ended up buying from Frank. He then brought us in to the finance dept where we sat with Karyn Ingram. She couldn't have been more professional and went out of her way to help us understand everything and made what can be an uncomfortable part of buying a car, be quite comfortable. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past and would say Imperial does it better than anyone else out there. They truly want to make it a great customer experience and I would recommend Imperial, Frank Dumas and Karyn Ingram to anyone who needs to buy a car. I know this review seems almost too good to be true but when I feel I get great service I like to relay that to other people because more often than not you don't see this as often as you would like. Highly Recommended My first contact was with Lou Frasca in the internet dept. When I arrived I met David Boratyn a sales person. I test drove 2 Ram pick up trucks, a 6 a My first contact was with Lou Frasca in the internet dept. When I arrived I met David Boratyn a sales person. I test drove 2 Ram pick up trucks, a 6 and 8 cyl to see which one was better for my needs. I was really comfortable with David. I did not buy at that time and I ended up visiting some other dealerships for pricing and trade appraisals. When I returned at a later time, I would meet JP a sales manager to work out the specifics and ended up with Mike in finance. All the way through the process it was a great experience. Aaron, another sales manager answered one of the post sale questions I had. I have had a lot of experience buying cars over the years and this was one of the best overall experiences I had when buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership based upon my personal experience with them. More
