Brutal honesty and integrity are traits that I look for in people, especially someone trying to sell me a car that I have worked extremly hard to afford. I had my sights set on this dealership for a while prior to my purchase due to its convenient location and astounding reviews. I knew I wanted a Jeep and nothing was going to change my mind. I arrived at the dealership with the intent to purchase and was kindly greeted by salesman Dave Boratyn. I expressed to Dave that I was interested in a preowned Jeep. He immediately directed me to a series of preowned Jeep 4x4 Cherokee's that I might be interested in, and boy was he right. Right off the bat I connected with Dave; he was young like me, local to the area, and very kind hearted. I narrowed the pool down to three Cherokee's, and without Dave's honest advice and opinion, I would still be standing there trying to decide. Dave ran me through all the ins and outs of each vehicle, including what each had that the others did not. He then guided me on the PERFECT test drive route, you know, the roads that you HATE to drive on because they are riddled with potholes and bumps and haven't been repaved since the dinosaurs. Fortunately for me, this allowed me to feel how the Jeep would handle on even the worst of roads (minus the snow). Now for the honesty that I respect so much. At this point, I was sold. After the test drive, I told Dave that I wanted the Navy Blue 2012 Jeep Cherokee and there was nothing he could do about it (after all, why would he?). Dave then expressed to me that it had been in an accident with the previous owner. He said that the last thing he would want to do was sell me a car that had been in an accident without me knowing. We discussed the type of accident and inspected the car's exterior together. Dave understood my concerns and did not pressure me in the slightest to make a decision. In the end, we sat down together and worked out a deal that I am beyond pleased with. Dave was also able to get me more than I expected on my trade-in, which I am very grateful for. After everything was all settled with Dave, I sat down with Mike Walsh of the finance department. My experience with Mike was pleasant, smooth, informative, and the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. They even rushed to make sure that I made my 2:57 tee-time in Uxbridge! Talk about some good guys. I waited a few weeks to write this review, just in case I ran into some issues with the Jeep that might be worth noting. After nearly four weeks and several 90 minute commutes to Peabody, MA, I have not a single complaint. I am so pleased with my purchase and experience and highly recommend this dealership to any and all people in the area looking for a new vehicle. Dave and Mike, thank you both so much! A good experience after a bad Called and spoke to one of their internet salesmen after a long disappointing experience from another dealership. After a lengthy talk with the gentleman he described a vehicle that I would probably be interested in so I went down to the dealership with 1 hour left before they closed. When I got to the dealership I met one of their salesman Joel Cohen and we walked around their lot in the freezing cold air looking for the vehicle I was told about. When we could not find the vehicle Joel after asking my needs steered me to the Jeep line this being well after closing I looked at a couple and told him I would return the next day with my wife. My wife and I returned the next day looked at several Grand Cherokee's on their lot deciding on one Joel helped us through out and long story short we where approved and Joel himself made sure the vehicle was cleaned and readied even though he was supposed to be elsewhere at that time. The gentleman Mike Walsh Jr. In finance was on of the most pleasant person to deal with also making up 100% from the day before. More
