We discovered the next morning, panicked, and called Imperial back. They did everything they could to get us into the right car (even at an expense of several thousand dollars to them). They made a situation we thought would be disastrous into nothing more than a mere hiccup. They made sure we were happy and that we got exactly what we needed. This past winter was not a kind one to my old truck. A 1997. I was planning for a new one. I explained to her what I was looking for. She didn’t try to steer me to anything I didn’t want. She asked some questions to better gauge what I was looking for and she showed me trucks I might be interested in. Astounding. Somebody who would listen to what I said. I can tell you, other dealerships were not so on-the-ball. NO pressure. I wasn’t planning on buying it at that point in time. She understood that. I thought that more trucks would come on the market with the better weather. She told me she would keep me in mind if new trucks came in. I told her I would be back. A new truck came in. I came out to look at it. I looked at 2 other trucks. I got to take them for a ride. She spent a great deal of time with me and answered all my questions. She was very helpful. She is friendly, informative and laughed at my jokes. The perfect salesperson for me. She did what she said she would do. She completed everything by the time she said it would be done. I’m from Plainville and there are dealers who are closer. I did not find one who matched her service and friendly demeanor. I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership and I KNOW a major reason was Sharon. I will be back. I will tell my friends about her. I am telling you about her. Please believe me. Ed Kelly along with JP Carlo worked non stop to find the right vehicle for myself and my family. After finding it and Rami Awad was able to work with the right bank to make sure I drove away in a brand new Rubicon. At work, I deal with a lot of Chrysler employees who come to me for their care. I asked many of them where they would go to get a car. Many of them said that they would go to Imperial. Some friends of mine had gone to Imperial, also. Nothing but kind words for them. So…I decided to try it myself. One of the people I had the pleasure of dealing with was Karyn Ingram. She helped me through the financing part of the process. She was WONDERFUL. Polite, friendly, efficient, helpful and she handled the transaction smoothly. She answered any questions that arose. Took care of all concerns. She was great. From my perspective, I went in, got financing, wrote a check for the down payment and walked out with a new truck. Karyn was very nice. She was sociable, informative and gracious. Spending money was never so enjoyable. If you go to Imperial and you get the opportunity to deal with Karyn, I am telling you it will be a very enjoyable part of the process. More

He was disappointed on how it was handle and offered a next day appointment, lunch, and detail car wash of my vehicle. On 5/29/15 I brought my vehicle and Chuck (Service Manager) took my vehicle immediatley upon arriving and gave me the lunch gift card to enjoy while it was being serviced. I was happy with the result in addition, Chuck explained to me that the knocking/ticking noise is normal and not worry about it. I'm very pleased with Mike in rectifying the situation at hand. Only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the fact that only reason I received a response was due to posting my review online instead of responding to the emails/phone calls in regards to my concern. 5/26/15 Purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain from here and they were great all up until I drove off the parking lot. Since them they have ignored my service calls resulting from carfax 2 recalls (seatbelts and driver side power seat) in addition, a knocking noise that I reported to them the following day. Still nothing 2 weeks plus later. Very sad as I had a good experience from test driving to finance. More

After an half a day of test driving cars and having each question addressed an answered satisfactorily by Mr. Joel Cohen we bought a used 2014 Chrysler 300C. There were items that needed to be replaced which were addressed. Since it was getting late and there was only one business manger available we came back the next day to complete the sale. The business manger knew her job and explained each step of the financial process. We drove the car home after Mr. Cohen paired our phones and showed us how to use the interactive menus, More
