Great experience. Friendly staff and never pushy I had been looking for a vehicle for about 2 months. I had gone to all the nearby dealers...Tasca, First Hyundai, CarMax, Simon, Paul Masse ect. Eac I had been looking for a vehicle for about 2 months. I had gone to all the nearby dealers...Tasca, First Hyundai, CarMax, Simon, Paul Masse ect. Each and every dealer gave me the same line, just come in and ill take your phone number and you can be on your way. Each of these dealers ate up at a minimum of 4 hours of my life that I will never get back....Expecially First Hyundai. I finally made it over to Imperial Chrysler. I knew exactly what I was looking for and explained to the sales associate ( Gil Debour) that I was ONLY interested in a few vehicles (oddly none of which were dodge or Chrysler products). Knowing that I had no intentions of purchasing a car from the Chrysler shop, he asked if I would like to browse the preowned Arcadia and Explorers that I was interested in. At the time I went nothing stood out. He didn't pressure me at all to look at something else or try to persuade me into a vehicle on his lot. Instead, I gave him my number and asked for his card. Gil did not call me back every day asking me to come and look at something I was not interested in, instead he had to deal with me messaging him asking about options in vehicles on his site and asking to test drive numerous different vehicles every week. Finally when I had a change of heart and wanted a Dodge Durango he found the exact match with exactly what I wanted. He pulled 3 different durangos from 2 lots in the rain and let my wife and I drive them all. We ended up choosing one and moved onto Finance where Karyn Ingram was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and getting our payments exactly where we needed. She even gave us some great info on weekly payments rather than monthly to cut down on overall interest. I appreciate all the time that Karyn and especially Gil dedicated to my family. The Best Buying Experience all around!! Visiting Imperial Jeep in Mendon was a great decision. I never thought I would be driving off the same night in a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler/Sahara Visiting Imperial Jeep in Mendon was a great decision. I never thought I would be driving off the same night in a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler/Sahara. My sales rep Sean Ewing was great! He hung in there from all the questions my daughter and I had for him. He didn't even flinch when I changed my mind and went with a different Jeep. It was the best test drive I've ever experienced, pointing out features and talking shop. After getting the deal accepted and pricing my trade he introduced me to Mike Walsh Jr. for financing. Again it was getting late and they stayed till the end. Mike explained all my options and answered all my questions so I felt very comfortable with my financing. I drove my Jeep home that night. At eleven pm I panicked not being able to find my title thinking this would be a problem and called Sean on his cell phone. He immediately called me back and calmed me down. I returned the next day and Mike walked me through the process of getting my registration transferred and what not. I am very happy and will be happy to refer friends and family to Imperial. We felt like we had known him for years-that's how comfortable he made us feel. Once we decided on the Jeep Sport, Luis brought us in to see Karyn Ingram, the business manager. This is usually the neve wracking part. Karyn was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about finances. She was very upbeat and friendly which automatically put us at ease. When we left her office we felt that we had made a friend. Our experience was really great! We felt like we got the two best people in the dealership! More

Excellent Experience of new leased dodge Journey I was shopping for my 1st new lease after many years of having a company car. After a long day of looking at both the Dodge Journey & Jeep Cherokee, my sales person, Marc DeToma not only helped me by allowing me to take a Journey home (after our 2 test drives) to see if it would fit in my garage but also assisted me in finding the right Vehicle for me. He provided my husband & I with a restaurant coupon also as we had been looking for over 4 hours. After we returned from our lunch/dinner Marc brought us over to Karen Ingram who fit the right loan to us. Karen was a wealth of knowledge and helped us more than we could have imagined. It was a no pressure experience and Marc & Karen understood our needs. Mark also gave me a very accurate expectant date of my vehicle availability (as my insurance company would need To provide brand new plates along with the other proper paperwork) he then promptly followed up that Monday (as promised) for pick up of my new vehicle, as well as a review of features. I walked onto the lot with the intentions of test driving and research and left with a new vehicle. I had the privilege of working with Frank Dumas, and he was an excellent help. Frank took me on a test drive and I was hooked. He humored me throughout the ride and gave me the feeling that he was treating me like family. No used car lot salesman gimmicks, Frank is quite the professional. After the test drive we went inside to speak about numbers. Frank was very upfront with the numbers and searched to get me the best price possible. With some excellent bartering skills I ended up walking out with my dream vehicle and not feeling like I paid an arm and a leg for the vehicle. Not to mention they gave me above what I was expecting to on my trade in and the best part is I got to go home that night with my vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind this will be my dealership of choice for all future purchases and will definitely be using them for servicing my vehicle.
