Best experiance at a dealership I have ever had So to start off I had seen the vehicle I wanted online. So I called to ask a couple questions about it. I told them I would be down later to check it out. Dave had called me later to see if I was still coming so he could be ready for me, I ignored his phone call ( was a little busy at the time). When I finally got down there 5 hrs later, Dave was the best help and absolutely cheerful. Everyone there seemed to be in good spirits which made the buying process a lot more comfortable. I made the mistake of bringing my son with me to buy a car, and Dave was more than accommodating with every little thing my son had to say. Once we got the basics set, I was sent over to Karyn. There couldn't have been a nicer more helpful, more detail oriented person in that entire place than her. I would say the only bad part about the whole thing was that the drive for me to get there was over an hour. However, because my experience was so good, I would have no problem going back there for anything I needed because I was that empressed with how they do business there. More

Imperial is THE best dealership I've ever worked with We got an automotive upgrade. We didn't have the money, but we also couldn't go through another winter unable to get up our own driveway. It turns out that paying out weekly saves about 14 months on a 5 year contract. We couldn't get a brand new car -- way above our pay grade, but it's a 2012 Jeep Patriot and it's just what we need. Not fancy, but it has 4WD when needed, gets respectable mileage otherwise. --- About Imperial's dealership in Mendon, MA. They are better than good. They're great. Not only do they have the MOST entertaining dealership anywhere -- it's like a museum with incredibly cool vintage car and pop culture stuff -- but they have amazing service. --- Andy found the right car, Karyn worked out the financing, AND they delivered the car to our house and took the old car away. All in a single afternoon. BIG thanks to Karyn and Andy who worked so hard to make sure we got ourselves into a vehicle we could almost afford -- and made the experience fun. I didn't think it was possible! --- This is the second car we've bought from Imperial and should we ever be in the market for another? We'll be back in a heartbeat. More

I was not given a fair chance at Chevy because I owed more on the vehicle than what it's worth and the trade in was low. Frank Assured me he can get me some help but was sure what he could do without running my credit. He then introduced me to Karyn. She instantly was like a breath of fresh air! I felt welcomed and wanted and didn't feel like just another customer. The 2 days I dealt with her were stress free and she even had me laughing. She is the smartest person I know! She sat down and found a vehicle better than I expected with more rebates and somehow worked to get me more for my car than what it was worth. This was able to help me afford such a new vehicle. I was beyond thrilled to hear all she had found for me. She is so good at her job. She checked my credit and gave me tips on how I can improve ,she just went above and beyond like no one else has ever done for me. She deserves it all and then some. She loves her customers and loves her job she is compassionate and so caring. This is one unbelievable woman. I look forward to seeing her and frank again when I pick up my vehicle. More
