No pressure experience My husband and I went to the dealership over the coldest weekend of the year. We actually went to all three "stores" at Imperial and at each one, they brought the car we wanted to look at into the heated bay so we could take a look. We went back on President's Day with two cars in mind. We worked with Rick P. and found the best deal on a new Dodge Journey that fell within our budget. We then worked with Karyn on financing and she got us a GREAT rate for our loan. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that hates pressure! When we picked up our car, Rick went thru everything with us and we were comfortable with all aspects when we left! More

Great experience Just drove off in my new Jeep Cherokee. Joel Cohen was my salesman. What most impressed me about Joel was the fact that he spent more time with me Just drove off in my new Jeep Cherokee. Joel Cohen was my salesman. What most impressed me about Joel was the fact that he spent more time with me after the sale was completed than he did prior to me buying the vehicle! It was like "old time car buying" when the salesman actually cared about the product you bought and made sure you understood everything about the vehicle before he'd let you drive away. Joel was not "pushy", he listened to what I wanted! He paid attention to detail, and helped make for a very relaxing vehicle purchase. Furthermore, It makes it much easier to buy my vehicle from Imperial knowing the amount of generous donations this company and it's owner have made towards Milford Regional Medical Center. Without them our community would not have close to the resources and quality medical care that we have access to. So it's pretty simple, I got a great vehicle, great deal, and I feel good about my purchase because I know how much is given back to our community! Thank you for the positive experience. More
