Looking for a third vehicle in the family - viewed inventory of Imperial Cars, made our list, and took day off of work to drive up to Mendon (hour drive.) 1st vehicle on the list wanted to look at was a 2016 Jeep Renegade FWD 4DR Latitude for Internet Price of $16977. with 3 (three) miles on it. Sean Ewing came out to assist us and I asked to see the 1st vehicle on my list and the one with my interest - the above mentioned Jeep. Couldn't be found!! We walked around the lot and spotted the Jeep while Mr. Ewing was back and forth from the Ford lot attempting to find the other vehicles on my list (NOT ONE WAS FOUND) NO JOKE) a list of 10 vehicles and none were found for me to look at. BUT they had other vehicles for me to look at. I was shown a 2014 Jeep and could look inside but when it came to test driving - couldn't be test driven and the test drive was a 2015 Jeep which after driving tried talking me into sitting down to do the purchase paper work for the 2014 JEEP that couldn't be test drive. There were two of us there - in walking around we came across the Jeep D8030R Renegade we originally wanted to look at and asked Mr. Ewing - ARE YOU SURE THIS ISN"T IT?? All numbers on the vehicle information were the same as the online information. Mr. Ewing took the list and actually crossed out the Stock # and wrote "STICK" over it stating that the vehicle we were requesting was not an automatic but a STICK and we didn't want a stick. He then proceeded to show us other vehicles "more expensive" that were not on our list - because not ONE was found for me to look at. The next day another person I was with referenced an Imperial Ford add with vehicles I was interested in - I explained what happened the day before and stated I wanted no part of the dealership and wasn't driving an hour to check anything out. It was a really good deal so we called - NOT ONCE BUT TWICE- referenced the advertisement for them to view and the stock #'s we were interested in - confirmed the two stock #'s on the add we were interested in were for the price listed in the add. DID I MENTION WE CALLED TWICE gave the stock #'s they pulled up the stock #'s and the add and CONFIRMED the price plus $1000. because we wouldn't get the trade in bonus that would take a $1000.00 off where we weren't trading in a 2007 or above qualifying vehicles. With the confirmation twice we took the hour drive up to Mendon. Got there this time to Imperial Cars - Ford Dealership and were met by the General Manager who brought out a sales representative (yes I have names) I again referenced the add and the stock #'s and asked that the two stock #'s were for the price of the add and HAD THE ADD UP ON MY PHONE IN MY HAND to show. Was told yes, the stock # vehicle were not on lot (sales person stated they were out for test drives, General Manager said they were being driving one by his wife and the other by another person. He would have us shown comparable vehicles and the advertisement would be honored. The sales rep apologized for the stock #'s not being there and stated they are test driven by appointment - I was irate and told him we called to make sure they were there and stated we were coming up and driving an hour. Again, he reiterated we would be shown comparable vehicles to the two stock #'s were were interested in and the price would be honored. Almost two hours later we go inside to do the paper work for the "comparable" vehicle and are told it is not at the price that was shown to them from advertisement at the very beginning and the price was going to OVER $10,000 MORE. Again was irate and was told they didn't know what advertisement I was talking about there were a lot of ads etc. Very irate but we could have a $25.00 gift certificate to the "Diner" - not interested in the gift certificate and STAY CLEAR OF THE IMPERIAL CAR DEALERSHIPS. They used to be great but now this occurring once could be a bad day or bad sales rep - TWICE in TWO DAYS IS THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS AND IS DECEITFUL - UNDERHANDED AND BAIT & SWITCH. Also, attempted to put the bad review on both there Facebook page and site - surprising it doesn't seem to accept bad reviews only the complimentary reviews with four to five stars. Why am I not surprised. More

2011 GMC Terrain -USED purchase May 2015 Purchased this used vehicle with 42K miles and 15 months (60K) later my power steering pump blew up causing steering wheel to not steer. Called roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed. Upon inspection of mechanic they were surprised to see a vehicle with such low miles as normally this happens to vehicles exceeding 100K. Therefore, I contacted the dealership Tami Chassie in regards to my concern of only having the vehicle for little over a year and the cost hoping to get some type of help. However, that was not the case stating "vehicle out of warranty". Would never recommend this dealership to any friends or family. More

I know it wasn't easy (in fact, I thought it was impossible) but you really delivered. I got an awesome Jeep at an unbeatable price and was able to keep my monthly payments at a number within my comfort zone. I can't express my gratitude enough-- I walked into Imperial as a single mother car shopping alone--- and as soon as I met you guys that changed. I am grateful and lucky to have been able to purchase a vehicle from a trustworthy team. (BTW, I did my research on numbers and went to other dealerships---and I know I got an amazing deal on this Jeep). After this experience, and as long as you guys remain at Imperial, you will always have my business and I will send my friends and family your way when they are looking for a vehicle. Thanks so much!
