I wanted to let you know that we follow the same pricing models as the manufacturers, including all applicable rebates in the price of our vehicles. We try to be as transparent as we can to provide customers with the information they need to make an informed decision. As our online listing explains Our Cost is not a selling price, rather our best attempt, following the manufacturers model, to show customers what our actual cost on a vehicle is, as different rebate models apply to different customers it is impossible to list a number that applies to all customers. We attempt to explain this in our online ad by listing the exact rebates that we include in our numbers. I am very sorry that those details weren’t more clearly communicated to you prior to your visit. Rest assured the issue has been addressed.
