Great Overall Experience. Tim and the Gang were tremendous Met with Tim on Saturday just to test drive a couple of Jeep Wranglers that Imperial had on the lot. He treated us like we were in his home. I couldn't be happier. I came right out and told him I wasn't looking to purchase today. I just wanted to test drive and start the learning process. I left that day feeling that I had a wonderful experience. There was no pressure. Tim understood all of my needs and concerns. I couldn't be more impressed with my initial experience so I went back two days later to finalize the deal. The entire time in between we spoke via text. He worked on getting me into the price range and deal I was hoping for. We ended up stepping up in trim level all due to his no pressure, friendly, pleasant attitude. I did not once feel like I wasn't the customer. Dave Mello, Sales Manager, and Mike Walsh in Finance were awesome to meet and work with as well. I will definately go out of my way to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership even though it is in the complete opposite direction of my daily commute.
