Horrible experience, just broken promises and outright lies On June 30th 2017 I went to imperial looking for Jeep. I was greeted by Frank Dumas and in less than one hour he found a Renegade that seemed perfect On June 30th 2017 I went to imperial looking for Jeep. I was greeted by Frank Dumas and in less than one hour he found a Renegade that seemed perfect for me to lease. Unfortunately this was the only positive for the day. Frank was great he tried so hard to make this happen. However the seemingly inept office staff and lack of any sort of management at this place was insurmountable. I had to wait almost 7 hours to speak to Rawi Awar (totally unexceptable) but with much encouragement from Frank I waited. Financing went fine ( my credit score is In the high 700 range) and I was told since it was Friday and Tuesday was July 4th they would try for Monday July 3rd delivery but most likely delivery would be Wednesday July 5th. I reluctantly agreed. Frank and I were in telephone conversations at least twice a day July 10 I cancelled my order because i still didn't have the car! Some guy who claimed to be manager called to confirm my cancellation. He was not very pleasant and did not even ask why I was cancelling or offer me any assistance. Too bad because I really wanted the car. Dealership had my vanity plates and instructed me to pick them up which I did same day. I asked them if my plates were cancelled they absolutely denied it but registry showed Imperial did cancel the plates. Just another one of Imperial lies and broken promises. Today is July 30 one month later and I was able to get my vanity plates reinstated without any cooperation from Imperial but am still waiting for the return of my down payment. one more reason to avoid this seemingly somewhat shady establishment. I am sorry if this revue reflects badly on Frank Dumas I don't believe any of this this was his fault. He was the only positive in a very unpleasant experience. FYI--- July 11 I bought ( not leased) a new jeep Renagade at a different Dealer drove it home in less than two hours and saved over $8,000. Just so you know. Buyer Beware More

Typical car dealership scams I was in the market for a tow-able Jeep Cherokee Limited. I was trading in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk. The salesman spent a few days trying to lo I was in the market for a tow-able Jeep Cherokee Limited. I was trading in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk. The salesman spent a few days trying to locate one in the state of Massachusetts. None to be found. I was going to the dealership to order one to be made. Then I saw a Grand Cherokee Limited, with the options I wanted, I was willing to make a deal on that one. From the beginning I told the salesman I wanted the same monthly payment. Of course, he and the sales manager said it was possible. Once I hit the finance gentleman all things changed.....Payment was $120.. more than I was paying and the percentage rate was going to be 6%. Outrageous at best. I decided to leave, then all numbers changed to make me agree. Another fly in the ointment was I was registering my car in Florida. Which I easily did on the Trail Hawk. After telling me that they would have my registration back by Wed, Thursday at the latest I decided to turn in my Trail Hawk, as I would not know when they registered my new one and it would have been illegal for me to drive once my plates were registered to the new car. After turning my car in I was informed on Tuesday they just sent in the paperwork and it would be 10 days. I talked to the sales manager trying to get my old car back to use. They did nothing. No dealer plate, no loaner, nothing. No calls no customer service at all. I had to rent a car at $40.00 a day because I had NO vehicle at all. This was indeed the worse buying experience of my life and I have bought may cars. I spent the entire day on Saturday at the dealership trying to finish this sale. 9:30 AM-4:30 PM. We have bought several vehicles from Imperial Ford and all were great experiences but as far as Imperial Jeep goes they have sold me the last car I shall ever buy from them. More
